The world you see changes depending on how you use your brain!
I am akiko*, a frequency therapist.
Thank you as always🎵
In yesterday's article, I wrote about the director of the anxiety movie,
asking, "Aren't you creating your own anxiety?"
Today, I would like to share a personal experience.
[Positive Thinking]

Positive thinking involves having an active and affirmative attitude toward yourself, the people around you, and the reality that is unfolding. It is also extremely important for reducing stress and anxiety and maintaining physical and mental health.
To cultivate positive thinking, speak positive words to yourself every day, focus on good things and successes, and practice gratitude.
[Negative Thinking]

Negative thinking involves having a negative and passive attitude toward yourself, the people around you, and the reality that is unfolding. It also amplifies stress and anxiety and can become a cause of deteriorating physical and mental health.
To improve negative thinking, try not to say negative things to yourself, strive to find things that went well or are good, and by acknowledging yourself, your mind will feel lighter and positive effects will appear on your physical condition.
That is what ChatGPT wrote for me, so I rewrote it in my own words.
I've known that for a long time!
It's said in many places, and many people already understand it.
But! I dared to experiment with it.
First, I spent a week being as negative as I possibly could.
I spent the whole day interpreting everything negatively and thinking in a way that made everything feel painful—that is, negative thinking.
Then, my physical condition started to collapse, wrinkles formed between my eyebrows, my cheeks sagged, my skin, such as my eyelids, became itchy, and I felt depressed and gloomy! My heart felt incredibly painful.
The 7 negative emotions that appeared
I hate getting older~
My body feels so heavy
Everything is such a hassle
I don't want to eat because it makes my stomach feel heavy~
It's too far (I didn't think it was far before), so I don't want to go out
Walking is hard, so I'll stop walking (I used to enjoy it)
I'm no good (I'm actually not no good, lol)
And then after that
Once I returned to normal and started spending my days viewing everything positively, my body gradually felt lighter, my skin improved, and my sense of joy returned. ^^
It was a bit tough, and it took about a week to get back to my usual emotional state.
Positive thinking for negative emotions
Getting older brings changes in many ways, but it also increases your experience and allows you to understand yourself more deeply.
Moving your body when you're feeling down can actually make you feel better.
Doing the things you find troublesome is what helps you move forward and leads to a fun future.
Feeling happy by eating what you want, when you want, in the amount you want.
Going outside leads to new discoveries and unexpected lucky encounters.
Walking allows you to draw power from the natural world, and you might even meet a handsome guy along the way!
I can do anything! Everything is going well and I'm in top form!
With that said, these past two weeks have really made me feel strongly that just by changing how you use your brain, such changes can appear in your feelings and body! ♫
After just one week of focusing, my brain had developed an ultra-negative habit, so if I accidentally said something negative during the second week, I would immediately clear it by saying, "Cancel that!" and then rephrase it into a positive statement.
Recommended purification
Humans actually quite like negative words.
If a negative word slips out of your mouth, it's good to clear it away immediately.
Clapping your hands twice—'clap, clap!'—at the four corners of the room and above your head has a purifying effect.
You can clap without hesitation at home, but if you do it outside,
'Why is that person clapping? What a weirdo...'
Even if people around you think you're strange, just keep going without worrying about it (lol).
Life has an expiration date!
So, rather than spending your precious time in life thinking about things in a painful way, isn't it more fun to spend it thinking in a happy, upbeat way? ♪(๑^◡^๑)♪
Thank you for reading about my experience. ^^
