[Weekly Short-Short Note] Otter Script—Cipher

Colonel: "Major, thank you for your efforts in this battle."
Major: "Thank you, Colonel."
Colonel: "Major, we have received instructions from above for you to take some leave."
Major: "Thank you very much."
Colonel: "You will take your leave on Freedom Island."
Major: "I apologize... Colonel... if I may, would it be possible to go to Freshwater Island instead?"
Colonel: "Freshwater Island? That's an island with no women or anything, isn't it?"
Major: "Yes! If I may... Colonel... I prefer quiet places..."
Colonel: "...Well, that's fine... I understand. Then, Major, you shall take your leave on Freshwater Island! However, be ready to move if orders come in."
Major: "Yes! Colonel! Thank you very much."

Well then... I came on leave with a few subordinates. It seems my subordinates wanted to go to a different island... Without the Colonel's permission, I made arrangements and had my subordinates go to that island as well.

Now I am free... I immediately proceeded to decrypt the 'Otter Script' cipher. I am lucky... In the battles I have fought so far, I have obtained what is needed for decryption.

And so, I spent several days decrypting it. The location... the coordinates... it's certain.

When I went to the coordinates... there were many beavers building nests...
