杉浦　風五（ニックネーム：ふーごん）

一言で言うならばマラソンランナー。大変なことも時間をかけてコツコツ取り組みます。

スタートアップ企業で挑戦する人、挑戦しようと思っている人を応援したいです。またPR会社と新聞社でそれぞれ活動してきたバックグラウンドを最大限活用してITAMAEの認知を拡大することを目指しています。

■ ITAMAEとは
「自分の経験や強みを生かして、何か新しいことに挑戦したい」という熱い思いを持つ学生が中心となり、Tokyo Innovation Base（TIB）を舞台に切磋琢磨しながらSusHi Tech Tokyoを活用したグローバルイベントを開催するプロジェクト。
※「ITAMAE」（＝板前）という名称は、「SusHi Tech Tokyo」（＝寿司）を創り上げる存在にちなんで名付けられました。

■ SusHi Tech Tokyoとは
東京都の持つ最先端のテクノロジー、多彩なアイデアやデジタルノウハウによって、世界共通の都市課題を克服する「持続可能な新しい価値」を生み出すことを目的としたアジア最大級のグローバルイノベーションカンファレンス。

I applied to ITAMAE to further expand my skills in "Event x Technology," strengthen my critical thinking skills and execution capabilities, and achieve success by sharing valuable ideas that deserve to be widely recognized.

If I were to describe myself in one word, it would be “Marathon Runner.” I tackle challenges persistently over time.
■ Why I applied to ITAMAE Project and what I want to achieve?
I’d like to support people who are currently working in or considering starting their journey in startup industry. Additionally, I aim to increase ITAMAE’s visibility by leveraging my work experiences in the PR and newspaper company.

Through our “0→1,” I want to empower others and their community to achieve their own “0→1.”

We are currently recruiting student volunteers to cooperate with the three-day event, SusHi Tech Tokyo 2026, taking place on April 27, 28 and 29, 2026.

■ What is ITAMAE?
ITAMAE is a project to organize a global event at Tokyo Innovation Base (TIB) in SusHi Tech Tokyo. The event features students with a strong desire to "leverage their experiences and strengths to take on new challenges" fostering collaboration and growth through the “SusHi Tech Tokyo” platform.
*The name “ITAMAE ” (meaning sushi chef) is inspired by the concept of“ SusHi Tech Tokyo ” (sushi).
