あと数週間で、世界保健機関（WHO）はパンデミック条約の採択を期待している。

デビッド・マーチン博士が少し前に述べたように、私たちは犯罪組織のための修正協定の是非を議論すべきではない。  犯罪組織そのものを終わらせるべきなのだ。

4月16日、世界保健総会（以下「WHA」）は、2025年4月23日、世界がパンデミックに備え、対応する方法を改善することを目的とした世界協定案を各国が最終決定し、重要な節目を迎えた。 パンデミック協定として知られるこの協定は、2025年5月19日から27日まで開催される第78回WHAに提出され、採択される予定である。

注：パンデミック協定は、これまで様々な名称で呼ばれてきた。  パンデミック条約（Pandemic Treaty）、パンデミック協定（Pandemic Agreement）、WHO条約＋（WHO CA+）とも呼ばれている。

提案されている協定の主な要素は、パンデミック予防のための「ワン・ヘルス」アプローチであり、主張されているように、国家主権を維持することである。  国連（以下、「国連」）は、この協定を「健康の公平性」のための画期的なものと位置づけ、「世界の保健システムにおける重大な脆弱性と、診断法、治療法、ワクチンへのアクセスにおける著しい不平等を露呈したコビッド19パンデミックの余波の中で生まれた」と述べている。

『The Exposé』や他の独立した情報源を追ってきた人たちが、「ワンヘルス」とパンデミック-ワクチンの意図が極悪非道であることを思い出す必要はないだろう。 いわゆるコビッド・パンデミックが虚偽であることが明らかになっただけでなく、その後に発生した他の病気や、パンデミックを宣言するための準備であると疑われる、痘瘡（以前はサル痘として知られていた）、呼吸器合胞体ウイルス（RSV）、鳥インフルエンザなども、同じ手口に従っていることが明らかになっている。

世界保健機関（WHO）のパンデミック協定は、公衆衛生（疾病管理）法［1984年］に規定されているように、英国を拘束するものではないが、現在のウェス・ストリーティング保健・社会ケア担当国務長官には、誰にも言及することなくこれを採択する権限が与えられている。  長官にこの権限を与えている同法の条項は廃止される必要がある。

WHOの問題はパンデミック協定だけにとどまらない。  私たちが何年も読者に警告してきたように、この組織は芯から腐っている。   私たちの記憶を呼び覚ますために、デビッド・マーチン博士による以下のプレゼンテーションをご覧いただきたい。

2023年に欧州連合（EU）議会で開催された『健康と民主主義：専門家によるヒアリング』で、マーティン博士は、WHOが人々の健康に奉仕する組織ではなく、スポンサーのビジネス上の利益によって動く犯罪組織であるという証拠をまとめた。

デビッド・E・マーティン博士は、モザイク・テクノロジーズとM-CAMインターナショナルの創設者であり会長である。  モザイク・テクノロジーズを通じ、生物化学兵器の世界的調査に従事。  医学、法学、経済学の分野での著書や学術的任命を含む。  M-CAM社を通じて米国財務省の請負業者として、米国史上最大規模の金融詐欺事件の調査を指揮し、起訴を支援した。

犯罪的陰謀としてのWHO

110年もの間、少数の犯罪的産業陰謀家グループは、世界の人々に嘘をつき、人類を従属させ、残りの人類を貧困に陥れ、殺す一方で、自分たちを富ませようとする邪悪な計画を進めてきた。

米国では1913年にクレイトン法が成立した。 WHOの前身である世界保健機関（WHO）が発足したのと同じ年であり、110年にわたる犯罪的陰謀の始まりであった、とマーチン博士は言う。

マーチン博士は、米国におけるWHOの前身である組織の名前には言及しなかった。  WHOの6つの地域事務所のひとつとなった汎アメリカ保健機構（PAHO）を指しているのかもしれない。 PAHOと呼ばれる前は、1902年に設立された国際衛生局と呼ばれていた。  1923年にはPAHOと改称された。

ヨーロッパでは、欧州連合機能条約（「TFEU」）の第101条（マーティン博士は、今では機能不全に陥ったヨーロッパの陰謀のための条約と呼ぶべきだと考えている）が、カルテルや価格固定や生産制限の合意などの反競争的合意を禁止している。

「第101条には、（コビッドは）決して公衆衛生上の何物でもないと明確に記されています」とマーティン博士は言う。 なぜなら、パンデミックは101条に違反する協定や価格操作のための煙幕として利用されたからである。  「住民の行動を適応させるために恐怖を植え付けることを目的とした恐喝行為だった」。

2020年に「死のパンデミック」がないことを証明するために理論的にも、マーティン博士はチューリッヒの生命保険金請求のデータに言及した。  「チューリッヒのデータによれば、世界的な死亡パンデミックの年に、生命保険会社が支払った保険金は300億ドルも少なかったのです」と彼は言う。  「データは明白です。 私たちはパンデミックを起こしたのではなく、ジェノサイドを起こしたのです」。

歴史的優生学と害悪

WHO、ウェルカム・トラスト、ゲイツ財団は2011年にマラリアワクチンの臨床試験を実施した。  この臨床試験では、ワクチン投与群で66人、対照群で28人の子どもたちが死亡した。  彼らはマラリアワクチンを接種した子どもたちを殺しただけでなく、対照群の28人の子どもたちも殺したのだ、とマーティン博士は言う。  なぜか？  対照群には良性の生理食塩水の注射が打たれたのではなく、病原体を運ぶ注射のカクテルが打たれたからです。  しかし、WHOは法的手続きを免除されているため、その責任は問われていない。

WHOは国連の専門機関である。 『国連の特権と免責』にはこうある：

1948年7月17日、WHOの第1回世界保健総会で採択された『専門機関の特権と免責に関する条約』の第5条第13項には、上記と同様の記述がある。

「犯罪を犯すつもりがないのなら、なぜあらゆる訴追、さらに悪いことにあらゆる訴追のための捜査から永久的かつ絶対的な免責を自分に与える必要があるのでしょうか？」とマーティン博士は尋ねた。  なぜなら、「これは犯罪組織であり、自分たちが犯すことを知っていた犯罪から身を守るために、自分たちの法律を制定したのだ」。

彼らが当初から犯罪を犯すことを知っていた証拠として、マーティン博士はWHOの初期に関わった人々のことを説明した。

1940年、ダッハウ強制収容所で「ドイツ人の歓待」を受けたルネ・サンド博士は、WHO創設に重要な役割を果たしたという。  「1947年、不思議なことに、ロックフェラー財団の大金を得て、（サンドは）WHOの初代事務局長に指名された」。

サンドは5年以内に、当時の事務局長であったブロック・チショルム博士を通じてWHOの真の目的を公認し、彼はWHOの主要目的として人口管理を提唱した。

WHOのプロジェクトは公衆衛生の目的ではなく、1913年にカーネギー財団がコールド・スプリング・ハーバー研究所の優生学記録室に資金を提供したことから始まった、人口を削減しコントロールするための大量虐殺プログラムを推進するための手段である、とマーティン博士は説明した。

コビッド、ゲイツ財団、組織犯罪

コビッド・パンデミックは、絶対的な免責特権を与え、誰が生き、死に、生きるチャンスを得るかを支配するために設立された組織犯罪組織である。

ビル＆メリンダ・ゲイツ財団は、任意拠出金の88％を提供している。 そして、WHOの支配権も握っている。  これは欧米のあらゆる競争法違反である。

ゲイツによるWHOへの資金提供は、独立した慈善寄付でないだけでなく、大西洋の両側の税法上、直接寄付にあたる。  直接寄付は、北米でもヨーロッパでも税法上禁止されており、世界保健機関（WHO）や国連関連組織の憲章にも記載されていない。

「私が[コビッド]は犯罪だと言うとき、それはつまり、税金犯罪であり、ゆすり犯罪であり、マネーロンダリング犯罪であり、そして今や殺人と世界的テロリズムにつながるゆすり犯罪なのです」とマーティン博士は言った。

犯罪者たちはコビドより何十年も前から、生物兵器を開発するプラットフォームとしてコロナウイルスを利用してきた。  年にマーチン博士は、「コロナウイルスに由来するモデルに関連した生物学的に改変されたキメラの使用を実際に計画したとき、彼らはこう言った」と語った：

ダスザックが言っていた危機とは、保健上の危機というよりも、資金減少の危機であった。

2010年12月、WHO、ユニセフ、米国立アレルギー感染症研究所（NIAID）、ビル＆メリンダ・ゲイツ財団は、グローバル・ワクチン・アクション・プランを策定するための協力を発表した。  ビル＆メリンダ・ゲイツ財団は、2010年1月に開催された2010年世界経済フォーラムにおいて、今後10年間を「ワクチンの10年」とすることを呼びかけた。

この「ワクチンの10年」計画は、ピーター・ダザックとノースカロライナ大学および武漢ウイルス研究所との病原体のキメラ製造に関するパートナーシップの資金基盤となった。

機能獲得研究と隠蔽

2014年、米国国立アレルギー感染症研究所（以下「NIAID」）は、NIAIDがノースカロライナ大学チャペルヒル校に授与した助成金に関して書簡を送った。  その書簡には、機能獲得研究が認可されたことが明確に記載されていた。

2014年10月17日、ホワイトハウスは機能獲得研究への資金提供のモラトリアムを発表した。  モラトリアムは3年後の2017年12月19日に解除された。  NIAIDが機能獲得研究に資金提供していることを確認する書簡は、モラトリアム期間中の2014年10月21日付であった。

この書簡は、NIAIDが機能獲得研究に資金提供すべきでないのに資金提供していたことを確認しただけでなく、書簡に記された「特定の目的3：生体内でのウイルス病原における新規機能」は、当初の助成金には含まれていなかった。  In vivoとは、生体内または生体系を意味する。  マーチン博士によれば、当初の助成金は臨床シミュレーションとモデルのためのものであった。  しかし、この助成金は、『生体系でのモラトリアムの間、機能獲得研究を許可するつもりであった』と、この手紙で修正されたのです」。

マーティン博士はまた、最後の段落に注目した。「あなたの助成金は現在資金提供されているため、この一時停止は任意である」と書かれていた。  「自主的なモラトリアムを何度経験したことがありますか？」。

あるいは、現在有効な予算期間が終了するまで、該当するGoF研究を継続する」という最後の行は、特に問題を提起している。  この記述の問題点は、研究資金がDARPAとNIHから無期限・金額無制限の契約で提供されていることだ。

「永続的に資金が提供されるプロジェクトは、資金が尽きれば中止しなければならない。 終わりのないものには終わりがないのだから、資金が尽きる時点などないのだ」とマーティン博士は言った。

マーティン博士は、自分が疑惑を抱いているのではないと明言した。  彼は告発しているのだ。  なぜなら、彼ら自身が犯罪を認めているからだ。 彼は2016年に発表された、SARSに似た武漢ウイルス研究所ウイルス1（以下WIV1）が 「ヒトに出現する準備が整っている 」と述べた論文を指摘した。

「2019年の12月に武漢の何かが少しHaywireになったことに、私たちはただ驚いているように聞こえるだろうか？ それとも、『武漢を見てみろ！』と言われたように感じるのでしょうか」とマーティン博士は語った。

生物兵器研究： コビッド「ワクチン」は生物兵器である

マーティン博士は、1900年代から2000年代にかけて米国政府のために働いていたため、米国の生物化学兵器違反の刑法における「生物兵器」の定義が何であるかを痛感している。  だから、彼らが生物兵器を開発していたというとき、マーチン博士はこの言葉を軽々しく使ってはいない。  それに、共謀者たちはそれを認めている。

「公衆衛生の配布プログラムのように聞こえるか？ 偶然に他の意味に誤解されるようなことだろうか？ それとも、『生物戦を可能にする技術』が、NOT対策やパンデミック対策に聞こえるのだろうか？ 私には生物戦争を可能にする技術のように聞こえます」とマーティン博士は語った。

ラルフ・バリックは、非競争的なDARPA（国防高等研究計画局）助成金やNIAID（国立衛生研究所）助成金など、彼の研究に多額の資金援助を受けている。

「では、コビド注射を生物兵器を可能にする技術と呼ぶことに問題はないのだろうか？ そんなことはない。 なぜなら、彼らがそう呼んだからです」とマーティン博士は言った。

コビッド・パンデミック：予知と恐怖

2019年9月18日、「世界保健機関（WHO）として知られる、連動する理事会の "暴利を貪る共謀集団 」は、致死的な呼吸器病原体によるパンデミックが急速に拡大することを想定した演習を実施すると発表した。

その意図は、致命的な病原体を作り出し、恐怖を煽り、人々に万能ワクチンを受け入れさせることにあった、とマーティン博士は言う。 「2019年9月18日、『我々は殺人を意図しており、強制がなければ誰も受け入れないようなものを人々に受け入れさせる恐怖を作り出すために殺人を意図していた』と述べた」と言った。

パンデミックから利益を得る

前述したように、投資家はプロセスの最後に利益を見出せば、それに応じるだろうと言われていた。  「驚いたことに、彼らはプロセスの最後に利益を見たのです」とマーティン博士は言った。

2022年、ファイザー社は公的資金から1000億ドルのコビッド利益を得た。  2023年、NIAIDはモデルナ社から4億ドルのバックペイメント・ロイヤルティを受け取った。  これはロイヤルティ支払いの最初のものである。  2020年10月、NIAIDが潤う注射を推進しているかどうかを確認するようモデナに求められた際、議会に嘘をついた後のことである。  NIAIDは、国立衛生研究所（以下、NIH）内の27の研究所とセンターのひとつである。 アンソニー・ファウチも、NIHはモデルナの「ワクチン」に金銭的利害関係はないと述べた。

WHOも見捨てられるつもりはなかった。  WHOはその予算を11％拡大するよう要求し、その予算はワクチンで利益を得た人々から寄付された。  つまり、「WHOに資金が還流したのです」とマーティン博士は語った。

まとめ：不正行為と世界的テロリズム

コビッドは公衆衛生犯罪ではなく、憲法犯罪でもない。 コビッドは、1947年の設立以来、犯罪行為を可能にするために設立された犯罪機関（WHO）によって行われた犯罪行為である。

その犯罪とは、共謀して「緊急事態」を作り上げた犯罪者たちがいるということである。  この犯罪組織は、「ワクチン」、「フェイスマスク」、「健康」、「社会的距離」など、通常の使用定義がない用語の使用を保証し、物語をコントロールするために、組織の捕獲を計画し、製造し、実行した。

犯罪者たちは、既知の競合他社が集まって直接談合し、欧州連合（EU）の基準や米国のシャーマン法、クレイトン法に違反して、連動する取締役会で価格決定を行っていた。

「これらは犯罪であり、組織犯罪であり、我々はそれをそのように扱うべきだ」とマーティン博士は言った。

マーチン博士は、地球上のすべての人々に、犯罪組織、特にWHOに反対する立場をとり、その力を制限するのではなく、その破壊に向けて努力するよう呼びかけた。

「WHOの力を制限するだけでなく、WHOを破壊するのです。  WHOを壊滅させるのだ」とマーティン博士は言った。

Dentro de un par de semanas, la Organización Mundial de la Salud espera que se apruebe su Tratado sobre Pandemias.

Como dijo el Dr. David Martin hace algún tiempo, no deberíamos estar debatiendo los méritos de un acuerdo modificado para una organización criminal de extorsión.  Deberíamos acabar con la propia organización criminal.

El 16 de abril, la Asamblea Mundial de la Salud ("AMS") alcanzó un hito importante el 23 de abril de 2025, cuando los países ultimaron un proyecto de acuerdo mundial destinado a mejorar la forma en que el mundo se prepara y responde a las pandemias. Este acuerdo, conocido como el Acuerdo sobre Pandemias, se presentará a la 78ª AMS para su adopción, que se celebra del 19 al 27 de mayo de 2025.

Nota: El Acuerdo sobre Pandemias ha recibido diversos nombres a lo largo de los años.  También se le ha denominado Tratado sobre Pandemias, Acuerdo sobre Pandemias y Acuerdo del Convenio de la OMS + ("CA+ de la OMS").

Los elementos clave del Acuerdo propuesto son un enfoque de "Una sola salud" para la prevención de pandemias y, según se afirma, el mantenimiento de la soberanía nacional.  La Organización de las Naciones Unidas ("ONU") considera el Acuerdo como un gran avance para la "equidad sanitaria" y afirma que el Acuerdo "surge tras la pandemia del covid-19, que puso de manifiesto vulnerabilidades críticas en los sistemas sanitarios mundiales y marcadas desigualdades en el acceso a diagnósticos, tratamientos y vacunas".

Es poco probable que quienes hayan seguido The Exposé, o cualquier otra fuente independiente, necesiten que se les recuerde que las agendas de "Una sola salud" y de la pandemia-vacuna son nefastas. No sólo se ha demostrado que la supuesta pandemia de covirus era falsa, sino que los brotes posteriores de otras enfermedades, que se sospecha que son la preparación para otro intento de declarar una pandemia, como el mpox (antes conocido como viruela del mono), el virus respiratorio sincitial ("RSV") y la gripe aviar, han demostrado seguir el mismo libro de jugadas.

Pero por si necesita que se lo recuerden, merece la pena ver una entrevista reciente a la Dra. Meryl Nass sobre la gripe aviar. "Nos han mentido, y así es como nos han gobernado durante mucho tiempo. Y tenemos que aprender a desconfiar de lo que nos dicen, y tenemos que conseguir las pruebas y averiguar por nosotros mismos lo que realmente está pasando... El objetivo es crear situaciones parecidas a las de los cóvidos, en las que se nos inyectan productos basura", dijo.

Aunque el Acuerdo sobre Pandemias de la Organización Mundial de la Salud ("OMS") no será vinculante para el Reino Unido, como estipula la Ley de Salud Pública (Control de Enfermedades) [1984], el Secretario de Estado de Sanidad y Asistencia Social, actualmente Wes Streeting, está facultado para adoptarlo sin consultar a nadie más.  Es necesario derogar el artículo de la ley que otorga a la Secretaría este poder.

El Dr. David E Martin es el fundador y presidente de Mosaic Technologies y M-CAM International.  A través de Mosaic Technologies, ha trabajado en investigaciones mundiales sobre armas biológicas y químicas.  Su trabajo incluye publicaciones y nombramientos académicos en medicina, derecho y economía.  Como contratista del Tesoro estadounidense a través de su empresa, M-CAM, dirigió investigaciones y apoyó el enjuiciamiento de algunos de los mayores fraudes financieros de la historia de Estados Unidos.

La OMS como conspiración criminal

Durante 110 años, un pequeño grupo de conspiradores industriales criminales han estado mintiendo a los pueblos del mundo, subordinando a la población humana para sus propios planes siniestros de enriquecerse mientras empobrecen y matan al resto de la humanidad.

"Cuando las palabras 'tasa de mortalidad aceptable' se convierten en parte de una norma industrial, hemos perdido el rumbo de la humanidad", dijo el Dr. Martin. "No son palabras mías. Desde su formación en la década de 1940, la OMS ha sido un cártel criminal con una intención singular.  Utilizan un proceso de cuatro pasos para ejecutar cada uno de sus planes:

2.  Buscar financiación para ese ejercicio.

Eugenesia histórica y daños

La OMS, el Wellcome Trust y la Fundación Gates llevaron a cabo un ensayo clínico de una vacuna contra la malaria en 2011.  El ensayo se saldó con la muerte de 66 niños en el grupo de la vacuna y 28 niños en el grupo de control.  No solo asesinaron a los niños que recibieron la vacuna contra la malaria, sino que también asesinaron a los 28 niños del grupo de control, dijo el Dr. Martin.  ¿Por qué?  Porque el grupo de control no recibió una inyección salina benigna, sino un cóctel de inyecciones portadoras de enfermedades patógenas.  Pero no se les han exigido responsabilidades porque la OMS goza de inmunidad frente a procesos judiciales.

La OMS es un organismo especializado de la ONU. Los "Privilegios e Inmunidades de las Naciones Unidas" establecen:

ARTÍCULO IV Los Representantes de los Miembros

Sección 11 Los representantes de los Miembros en los órganos principales y subsidiarios de las Naciones Unidas y en las conferencias convocadas por las Naciones Unidas gozarán, en el ejercicio de sus funciones y durante su viaje de ida y vuelta al lugar de la reunión, de los siguientes privilegios e inmunidades

(a) inmunidad de arresto o detención personal y de incautación de su equipaje personal, y, respecto de las declaraciones que hagan verbalmente o por escrito y de todos los actos que realicen en su calidad de representantes, inmunidad judicial de todo tipo.

El artículo V, sección 13 de la "Convención sobre los Privilegios e Inmunidades de los Organismos Especializados" adoptada por la Primera Asamblea Mundial de la Salud de la OMS el 17 de julio de 1948 establece lo mismo que lo anterior.

"Si no se tenía la intención de cometer un delito, ¿por qué habría que otorgarse inmunidad permanente y absoluta contra toda forma de enjuiciamiento y, lo que es peor, incluso de investigación para todo tipo de enjuiciamiento?". preguntó el Dr. Martin.  Porque "se trata de una organización criminal que puso en marcha su propia ley para protegerse de delitos que sabían que iban a cometer".

Como prueba de que sabían que iban a cometer delitos desde el principio, el Dr. Martin describió a las personas implicadas en los primeros días de la OMS.

El Dr. René Sand, que estuvo en la "hospitalidad de los alemanes" en el campo de concentración de Dachau en 1940, desempeñó un papel importante en la creación de la OMS, dijo.  "En 1947, misteriosamente, con la generosidad de la Fundación Rockefeller, [Sand] fue nombrado primer director general de la OMS".

El covid, la Fundación Gates y el crimen organizado

La pandemia del covid fue una entidad del crimen organizado creada para dotarse de inmunidad absoluta y controlar quién vive, muere y tiene una oportunidad de vivir.

La Fundación Bill y Melinda Gates aporta el 88% de las contribuciones voluntarias, por lo que tiene intereses de control en la OMS.  Esto constituye una violación de todas las leyes de competitividad de Europa y Estados Unidos.

La financiación de la OMS por parte de Gates no sólo no es una donación benéfica independiente, sino que, según las leyes fiscales de ambos lados del Atlántico, constituye donaciones dirigidas.  Las donaciones dirigidas están prohibidas por la legislación fiscal tanto en Norteamérica como en Europa y no tienen cabida en los estatutos de la Organización Mundial de la Salud ni de ninguna de las organizaciones afiliadas a la ONU.

"Cuando digo que [el covid] es un delito, quiero decir: es un delito fiscal, un delito de chantaje, un delito de blanqueo de capitales y ahora el delito de chantaje que conduce al asesinato y al terrorismo mundial", afirmó el Dr. Martin.

Los delincuentes llevan décadas utilizando el coronavirus como plataforma para desarrollar armas biológicas antes que el covid.  En 2006, dijo el Dr. Martin, "cuando realmente planearon la liberación del uso de una quimera biológicamente modificada asociada al modelo derivado del coronavirus":

La crisis de la que hablaba Daszak era una crisis de disminución de fondos, más que una crisis sanitaria.

En diciembre de 2010, la OMS, UNICEF, el Instituto Nacional de Alergias y Enfermedades Infecciosas ("NIAID") y la Fundación Bill y Melinda Gates anunciaron una colaboración para crear un Plan de Acción Mundial sobre Vacunas.  La colaboración se produjo tras el llamamiento de Bill y Melinda Gates en la reunión del Foro Económico Mundial de enero de 2010 para que los diez años siguientes fueran la "Década de las Vacunas".

El 17 de octubre de 2014, la Casa Blanca anunció una moratoria sobre la financiación de la investigación de ganancia de función.  La moratoria se levantó tres años después, el 19 de diciembre de 2017.  La carta del NIAID confirmando que financiaban la investigación de ganancia de función tenía fecha de 21 de octubre de 2014, durante la moratoria.

La carta no solo confirmaba que el NIAID estaba financiando la ganancia de función cuando no debería haberlo hecho, sino que el "Objetivo específico 3: Nuevas funciones en la patogénesis del virus in vivo" señalado en la carta no estaba incluido en la subvención original.  In vivo significa en organismos o sistemas vivos.  Según el Dr. Martin, la subvención original era para simulaciones y modelos clínicos.  "Pero esta subvención se modificó con esta carta para decir 'íbamos a autorizar la investigación de ganancia de función durante la moratoria en sistemas vivos'".

El Dr. Martin también destacó el último párrafo, que decía: "como su subvención está financiada actualmente, esta pausa es voluntaria".  "¿Cuántas veces se ha cumplido una moratoria voluntaria?", preguntó.

La última línea, "o continuar realizando la investigación del GdF aplicable hasta el final del periodo presupuestario actualmente activo" plantea una cuestión particular.  El problema de esta afirmación es que la financiación de la investigación se hizo con un contrato de duración indefinida y cuantía ilimitada de DARPA y los NIH.

"¿No es cómodo tener un proyecto financiado a perpetuidad que debe detenerse cuando se acaba el dinero? Cuando descubres que no hay un punto en el que se acabe el dinero porque no hay un final para la cosa que no tiene final", dijo el Dr. Martin.

El Dr. Martin dejó claro que no estaba haciendo alegaciones.  Estaba haciendo acusaciones.  Porque ellos mismos han admitido los delitos. Investigación sobre guerra biológica: Las "vacunas" Covid son armas biológicas

Sacar provecho de la pandemia

En 2022, Pfizer obtuvo 100.000 millones de dólares de beneficios covídicos con fondos públicos.  En 2023, el NIAID recibió de Moderna un canon de 400 millones de dólares en concepto de pago retroactivo.  Este es el primero de los pagos de regalías.  Esto es después de mentir al Congreso en octubre de 2020 cuando se le pidió a Moderna que verificara si el NIAID estaba promoviendo una inyección que enriquecería al NIAID.  NIAID es uno de los 27 institutos y centros dentro de los Institutos Nacionales de Salud ("NIH"). Anthony Fauci también dijo que los NIH no tenían ningún interés financiero en la "vacuna" de Moderna.

WHO: The criminal organisation that needs to be brought to an end

In a couple of weeks, the World Health Organisation is hoping that its Pandemic Treaty will be adopted.

As Dr. David Martin said some time ago, we should not be debating the merits of a modified agreement for a criminal racketeering organisation.  We should end the criminal organisation itself.

On 16 April, the World Health Assembly (“WHA”) reached a significant milestone on 23 April 2025, when countries finalised a draft global agreement aimed at improving how the world prepares for and responds to pandemics. This agreement, known as the Pandemic Accord, will be submitted to the 78th WHA for adoption, which is being held from 19 to 27 May 2025.

Note: The Pandemic Accord has been called various names over the years.  It has also been referred to as the Pandemic Treaty, Pandemic Agreement and WHO Convention Agreement + (“WHO CA+”).

Key elements of the proposed Accord are a “One Health” approach to pandemic prevention and, as it is claimed, it upholds national sovereignty.  The United Nations (“UN”) regards the Accord as a breakthrough for “health equity” and says the Accord “emerges in the aftermath of the covid-19 pandemic, which exposed critical vulnerabilities in global health systems and stark inequalities in access to diagnostics, treatments, and vaccines.”

It’s unlikely that those who have followed The Exposé, or any other independent source, need reminding that the “One Health” and pandemic-vaccine agendas are nefarious. Not only has the so-called covid pandemic been shown to be false but the subsequent outbreaks of other diseases and suspected to be the buildup for another attempt to declare a pandemic, such as mpox (previously known as monkeypox), respiratory syncytial virus (“RSV”) and bird flu, have been shown to be following the same playbook.

But in the event you need reminding, it’s worth watching a recent interview with Dr. Meryl Nass about bird flu. “We’ve been lied to, and that is how we have been governed for a long time. And we have to learn to distrust what we’re told, and we have to get the evidence and find out for ourselves what’s really going on … The goal is to create covid-like situations where garbage products are injected into us,” she said.

While the World Health Organisation’s (“WHO’s”) Pandemic Accord will not be binding on the UK, as stipulated in the Public Health (Control of Disease) Act [1984], the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, currently Wes Streeting, is empowered to adopt it without reference to anyone else.  The section in the Act giving the Secretary this power needs to be repealed.

The problems with WHO don’t stop with its Pandemic Accord.  As we have been warning our readers for years, the organisation is rotten to its core.   To refresh our memories, the following presentation by Dr. David Martin details why WHO is rotten and should be destroyed.

At a ‘Health & Democracy: Expert Hearing’ held at the European Union Parliament in 2023, Dr. Martin summarised the evidence that WHO is an organisation that is not serving the health of the people but is a criminal organisation driven by the business interests of its sponsors.

Dr. David E Martin is the founder and chairman of Mosaic Technologies and M-CAM International.  Through Mosaic Technologies, he has worked on global investigations of biological and chemical weapons.  His work includes publications and academic appointments in medicine, law and economics.  As a contractor for the US Treasury through his company, M-CAM, he led investigations and supported the prosecution of some of the largest financial frauds in US history.

The following is a summary of his presentation in the video above.

WHO as a Criminal Conspiracy

For 110 years, a small group of criminal industrial conspirators have been lying to the people of the world, subordinating the human population for their own sinister plans to enrich themselves while impoverishing and killing the rest of humanity.

“When the words ‘acceptable death rate’ become part of an industrial norm, we have lost the plot of humanity,” Dr. Martin said. “That’s not my words. Those were the words of the World Health Organisation and of Pfizer and of Moderna when they were given the authorisation to begin the process of killing human beings in the interest of advancing THEIR goals.”

Since its formation in the 1940s, WHO has been a criminal cartel with a singular intent.  They use a four-step process to execute every one of their plans:

1.  Planning an exercise.
2.  Seek funding for that exercise.
3.  Create a rationale for the thing that they’re going to do.
4.  Deploy and profit from their actions.

This violates the Clayton Antitrust Act.  The Clayton Act addresses specific anti-competitive practices not covered by the Sherman Antitrust Act, including mergers and acquisitions that could substantially lessen competition.

In the USA, the Clayton Act was passed in 1913, the same year that WHO’s progenitor began, marking the beginning of a 110-year criminal conspiracy which we now call the World Health Organisation, Dr. Martin said.

Dr. Martin didn’t mention the name of the organisation that was WHO’s progenitor in the USA.  He may be referring to the Pan American Health Organisation (“PAHO”), which became one of the six WHO regional offices. Before it was known as PAHO, it was called the International Sanitary Bureau, which was established in 1902.  By 1923, the Bureau had been renamed PAHO.

In Europe, Article 101 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (“TFEU”) – which Dr. Martin thinks should now be called the Treaty for the Dysfunctional European Cabal – prohibits anti-competitive agreements, such as cartels or agreements to fix prices or limit production.

“Article 101 unambiguously lays out that [covid] was never a public health anything,” Dr. Martin said, because the pandemic was used as a smokescreen for agreements and price fixing to happen in violation of Article 101.  “It was racketeering for the purpose of instilling terror to adapt the behaviour of a population.”

To prove there was no “death pandemic” in 2020, even in theory, Dr. Martin referred to data from Zurich for life assurance claims.  “Data from Zurich [ ] shows us that in the year of the death pandemic of the globe, life insurance companies paid $30 billion less in claims,” he said.  “The data is unambiguous. We did not have a pandemic, we had genocide.”

Historical Eugenics and Harm

WHO, the Wellcome Trust and the Gates Foundation conducted a clinical trial for a malaria vaccine in 2011.  The trial resulted in the deaths of 66 children in the vaccine group and 28 children in the control group.  They not only murdered the children receiving the malaria vaccine but also murdered the 28 children in the control group, Dr. Martin said.  Why?  Because the control group wasn’t given a benign saline injection, they were given a cocktail of pathogenic disease-carrying injections.  But they have not been held accountable because WHO enjoys immunity from legal process.

WHO is a specialised agency of the UN. The ‘Privileges and Immunities of the United Nations’ states:

(a) immunity from personal arrest or detention and from seizure of their personal baggage, and, in respect of words spoken or written and all acts done by them in their capacity as representatives, immunity from legal process of every kind.

Article V, Section 13 of the ‘Convention on the Privileges and Immunities of the Specialised Agencies’ adopted by WHO’s First World Health Assembly on 17 July 1948 states the same as the above.

“If you didn’t intend to commit a crime, why would you need to give yourself permanent and absolute immunity from every form of prosecution and, it’s worse, even investigation for prosecution of every kind?” Dr. Martin asked.  Because “this is a criminal organisation that set in motion their own law to protect themselves against crimes they knew they were going to commit.”

As proof that they knew they were going to commit crimes from the outset, Dr. Martin described the people involved in the early days of WHO.

Dr. René Sand, who was in the “hospitality of the Germans” at Dachau concentration camp in 1940, played a significant role in the creation of WHO, he said.  “In 1947, mysteriously, with the largesse of the Rockefeller Foundation, [Sand] was nominated to become the first director-general of the WHO.”

Within five years, Sand authorised the real purpose of WHO through the then director-general Dr. Brock Chisholm, who advocated for population control as the organisation’s primary objective.

The WHO project is not a public health goal but rather a means to advance a genocidal programme, to reduce and control the population, that began with the Carnegie Foundation’s funding of the Eugenics Record Office at Cold Spring Harbour Laboratory in 1913, Dr. Martin explained.

Covid, Gates Foundation and Organised Crime

The covid pandemic was an organised crime racketeering entity set up to give itself absolute immunity and control over who lives, dies and has a chance at life.

The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation provides 88 per cent of the voluntary contributions and so has controlling interest in WHO.  This constitutes a violation of every competitiveness law in Europe and the United States.

Not only is Gates’ funding of WHO is not an independently funded charity donation, but under tax laws on both sides of the Atlantic, it constitutes directed donations.  Directed donations are forbidden under tax laws in both North America and Europe and do not have a place in the charter of the World Health Organisation or any of the UN-affiliated organisations.

“When I say [covid] is a crime, I mean: it’s a tax crime, a racketeering crime, a money laundering crime and now the crime of racketeering leading to murder and global terrorism,” Dr. Martin said.

The criminals have been using coronavirus as a platform to develop biological weapons for decades before covid.  In 2006, Dr. Martin said, “When they actually planned the release of the use of a biologically modified chimaera associated with the model derived from coronavirus, they said”:

To sustain the funding base beyond the crisis, [Peter Daszak] said, we need to increase public understanding of the need for MCMs [medical countermeasures] such as a pan-influenza or pan-coronavirus vaccine. A key driver is the media, and the economics follow the hype. We need to use that hype to our advantage to get to the real issues. Investors will respond if they see profit at the end of process, Daszak stated. [Emphasis added]

The crisis Daszak was speaking of was a crisis of diminishing funding, rather than a health crisis.

In December 2010, WHO, UNICEF, the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (“NIAID”) and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation announced a collaboration to create a Global Vaccine Action Plan.  The collaboration followed the call by Bill and Melinda Gates at the 2010 World Economic Forum gathering in January 2010 for the following ten years to be the “Decade of Vaccines.”

The Decade of Vaccines scheme was the funding base for Peter Daszak’s partnership with both the University of North Carolina and the Wuhan Institute of Virology for the chimeric production of pathogens.

Gain-of-Function Research and Cover-up

In 2014, the US National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (“NIAID”) sent a letter to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill regarding a grant that the NIAID had awarded the University.  The letter unambiguously stated that gain-of-function research had been authorised.

On 17 October 2014, the White House announced a moratorium on funding gain-of-function research.  The moratorium was lifted three years later on 19 December 2017.  NIAID’s letter confirming that they were funding gain-of-function research was dated 21 October 2014, during the moratorium.

Not only did the letter confirm NIAID was funding gain-of-function when it shouldn’t have been, the “Specific Aim 3: Novel functions in virus pathogenesis in vivo” noted in the letter was not included in the original grant.  In vivo refers to in living organisms or systems.  The original grant, Dr. Martin said, was for clinical simulations and models.  “But this grant was modified with this letter to say ‘we were going to authorise gain-of-function research during the moratorium in living systems’.”

Dr. Martin also highlighted the last paragraph which stated, “as your grant is currently funded, this pause is voluntary.”  “How many times have you met a voluntary moratorium?” he asked.

The last line, “or continue to conduct the applicable GoF research until the end of the currently active budget period” raises a particular issue.  The problem with this statement is that the funding for the research was provided with an indefinite-term and unlimited amount contract from DARPA and NIH.

“Isn’t it convenient to have a perpetually funded project that needs to stop when the money runs out. When you find out that there is no point where the money runs out because there is no end to the thing that has no end,” Dr. Martin said.

Dr. Martin made it clear that he was not making allegations.  He was making accusations.  Because they have admitted to the crimes themselves. He pointed to a paper published in 2016 that stated a SARS-like Wuhan Institute of Virology virus 1 (“WIV1”) “is poised for human emergence.”

“Does that sound like we’re just surprised that something in Wuhan went a little Haywire in December of 2019? Or does it feel like we were told, ‘look at Wuhan!’,”  Dr. Martin said.

Biological Warfare Research: Covid “Vaccines” Are Bioweapons

Because of his work for the US government in the 1900s and 2000s, Dr. Martin is acutely aware of what the definition of “biological weapon” is in the US criminal code for violations of biological and chemical weapons.  So, Dr. Martin does not use the term lightly when he says they were developing a biological weapon.  Besides, the conspirators have admitted it.

At a conference sponsored by DARPA and the MITRE Corporation in 2005, Ralph Barrick, the architect of the lethal strand of genetic material injected into billions of people, gave a presentation titled ‘Synthetic Coronaviruses. Biohacking: Biowarfare Enabling Technologies’. (See Ralph S. Baric’s curriculum vitae, ‘Professional Development/Invited Presentations’, point 57, page 36 HERE.)

“Does that sound like a public health distribution programme? Does that sound like something that is accidentally misinterpreted to mean something else? Or does ‘biological warfare enabling technologies’ sound like NOT countermeasures or pandemic preparedness? It sounds to me like biological warfare enabling technologies,” Dr. Martin said.

Ralph Barrick received significant funding for his research, including non-competitive DARPA grants and NIAID grants, totalling over $140 million for “ synthetic biological warfare enabling technologies.”

“So, do I have a problem calling the [covid] injection a biological warfare enabling technology? Absolutely not. Because that’s what they called it,” Dr. Martin said.

Covid Pandemic: Foreknowledge and Fear

On 18 September 2019, “the racketeering, co-conspiring cabal of interlocking directorates, also known as the World Health Organisation,” announced that they would be conducting an exercise for a rapidly spreading pandemic due to a lethal respiratory pathogen.

The intention was to create a deadly agent and promulgate fear to drive people to accept a universal vaccine, Dr. Martin said. “[They said] ‘we stated on 18  September 2019 we were intending to kill, and we were intending to kill to create the fear that would drive people to accept something that without coercion no one would have accepted’,” he said.

Profiteering from the Pandemic

As stated earlier, we were told that investors would respond if they saw profit at the end of the process.  “Lo and behold, guess what, they saw profit at the end of the process,” Dr. Martin said.

In 2022, Pfizer made $100 billion in covid profit from public funds.  In 2023, NIAID received a back payment royalty of $400 million from Moderna.  This is the first of the royalty payments.  This is after lying to Congress in October 2020 when Moderna was asked to verify whether NIAID was promoting an injection that would enrich NIAID.  NIAID is one of the 27 institutes and centres within the National Institutes of Health (“NIH”). Anthony Fauci also said NIH had no financial interest in Moderna’s “vaccine.”

WHO wasn’t going to be left out.  It requested an expansion of its budget by 11 per cent, which was then donated by those who profited from the vaccine.  In other words, “they laundered the money right back [to WHO],” Dr. Martin said.

Summary: Racketeering and Global Terrorism

Covid is not a public health crime; it is not a constitutional crime. Covid is a criminal act done by a criminal institution (WHO) established to enable criminal behaviour since its foundation in 1947.

The crime is that there are criminal racketeers who conspired and developed an “emergency.”  The same criminal racketeers planned, manufactured and carried out agency capture to control the narrative and ensure we use terms such as “vaccine,” ”face mask,” “health” and “social distancing,” none of which had ordinary use definition.

The criminal racketeers price-fixed with interlocking directorates, where known competitors came together and fixed prices in direct collusion, violating European Union standards and the Sherman Act and Clayton Act in the United States.

“These were crimes, it was organised crime and we should treat it as such,” Dr. Martin said.

The criminal racketeers publicly lied under oath, resulting in death and destruction of liberty and destruction of the integrity of well-meaning people.  Dr. Martin acknowledged the contributions of academic and medical professionals who tried to stop the corrupt outcomes of these crimes.  But “until we treat this as a criminal conspiracy of criminal racketeers resulting in global terrorism for the purpose of profiteering and murder – until we have that conversation, we’re having the wrong conversation,” he said.

Call to Action: Destroy WHO

“We are not here to debate the merits of a modified agreement for a criminal racketeering organisation.  We are here to end the criminal organisation itself,” Dr. Martin said.

He made a call to every person on Earth to take a stand against the criminal organisation, specifically WHO, and to work towards its destruction rather than just limiting its power.

“Don’t just limit the power of the WHO.  Destroy the WHO,” he said.
