6:4 or 3:7

The balance between input and output is important.

Most of my input comes from reading.
I read several business books every month and gain various insights from them.

As for output, one way is writing on social media, and the other is when I give some kind of advice to my mentees.

I would like to keep this balance at around 6:4. 6 for input and 4 for output.

However, in reality, it doesn't work out that way.
My own feeling is that it's more like 3:7.

When you are chased by daily life, it's hard to find time to read leisurely. Even in terms of work, it inevitably becomes output-oriented.

What I'm dissatisfied with is that I can't read carefully.
When I try to squeeze out time to read books, it inevitably ends up feeling like I'm just skimming through them. I often start a book and then move on to another one.

Also, with physical books, I don't have the time to organize them, so they literally just pile up. And while trying to avoid that, I find myself leaning toward e-books and audiobooks before I know it.

I don't really participate in business seminars. But if there were a seminar on 'how to read efficiently,' I might just jump at the chance to attend.
