Being Tested

There are people who just don't get what I'm saying.
My policy is not to pursue people who have no intention of listening from the start. This is because I know it would be a waste of time for both of us.

There are people who listen to advice very earnestly but never put it into action.
It is quite difficult to build a partnership with such people. This is because I know that no results will come of it. I am not patient enough to keep giving advice indefinitely when I know it won't lead to results, and it wouldn't be interesting for the other person either.

The only thing I can do is give advice.
The one who takes action is the business owner themselves (the person I am advising), and no one else.

Naturally, if you don't take action, it won't lead to results.
That is an obvious truth.
If results were achieved without taking action, it wouldn't be a result, but merely a coincidence or the result of someone else's efforts behind the scenes.

However, there are some people I just can't seem to give up on. People I have to look after until the end, given how things have played out so far.

In such cases, I try to think that I am being tested.

Can I break down my own fixed ideas?
Can I gain experiences I've never had before?
Can I move on to a new stage?
