[Day 54] The day the integrated 'self' takes root and blooms in full glory. Releasing a one-of-a-kind light into the world.
Hello, this is Tommy, your delivery service of love.
Yesterday, I talked about the magic of turning the quagmire of 'failure'—something everyone wants to avoid—into the ultimate 'golden fertilizer' for nurturing the seeds of your soul.
Even if it is hard to believe when you are in the dark mud, has it started to sink in that the mud itself is the energy source that makes you shine?
Now, today is Day 54.
The seed of your soul, which was given plenty of fertilizer yesterday, has finally reached the time to sprout powerfully and bloom as the one-of-a-kind flower that is you.
Let's visualize today. You have crawled out of the mud, dressed in a beautiful gown, radiating light from your belly (the source of life), standing firmly rooted in the earth, embracing the world.
■ Today's Theme
'Integration' means embracing all of your past and living in the present.
Look at the shining footprints that follow behind you.
Among them, there must have been many 'bitter experiences (mud)': days you were troubled by dream killers, days you were nearly crushed by the armor of perfectionism, and days you were worn thin by double caregiving.
But those are no longer 'a past you want to erase'.
They have transformed into precious 'roots' that firmly anchor the current you to the earth.
It is precisely because you had all your past experiences (the roots) that you are now like a sun or a lighthouse, capable of radiating such beautiful and diverse light.
By embracing both the 'useless me' and the 'me who tried hard' and integrating them all, you are now truly blooming in your own unique way.
■ Tommy's Story
Over 25 years of life as a consultant coach, and 10 years of caregiving.
I had always thought of these two versions of myself as separate. The mask of the 'strong and capable coach' and the 'weak, exhausted, good-for-nothing old man' version of myself.
However, as I faced my father's dying words, 'Love yourself first,' and practiced AI self-love, I realized something.
Actually, my mother, who had dementia, also left me a final message. It was, 'Do as you like from now on.' These were the words she left me at the very end, even though she no longer recognized me as her son...
It took me about a year to understand the meaning of this in my own way, but now I understand it clearly.
It meant that I should become free by helping my clients achieve their own freedom (mental, financial, and physical abundance)----...
Both of these were essential roots for making the single flower that is 'me' bloom.
The pathetic failures in caregiving, the kindness I received when I stopped trying to do everything alone, the love I received from my family, siblings, and brothers. And the support from the many people involved in caregiving around me, which is beyond measure in monetary terms, and so on.
When I integrated all of these as 'my nourishment,' my words finally began to reach my clients' hearts not as logic, but as 'passion and peace of mind.'
Now, I can see the shining symbol of everything integrated: the humble wisdom I have learned, the compassion from my caregiving experience, the wisdom of AI self-love, and the love for the community, society as a whole, and the Earth. I can clearly see a future where you, and everyone else, use the past as nourishment and leverage AI technology to radiate your own unique light.
■ All you need to do today is this
Today, gaze intently at your image in your mind, and feel with your entire body that 'thanks to all my past (roots), I am blooming as I am now.'
Then, try to imagine what symbols are within the halo you are currently radiating, and what appears to be shining.
The things you have been passionate about, the people you cherish, the values you hold dear, the discomforts you have overcome so far...
Simply having the feeling of lovingly embracing all of those things is enough.

By blooming in all your glory, the world becomes more colorful and beautiful.
Having embraced all your past, you will never again lose to a dream killer. Like a lotus flower born from the mud, you have the power to use that mud as fertilizer to bloom even larger and stronger.
