Pucho's Day | Time Schedule | Mom of Two | 4-Panel Manga

I'm revealing my lazy daily routine, haha.
~Raising a 3-year-old and a newborn edition~

Every day is supposed to follow the same flow, so why does it always end up being such a scramble...?

Morning Section 🌞

6:00 My son wakes up. Goes to the bathroom and plays by himself. I'm amazed by his overly precise internal clock.
6:30 Dad wakes up too, and it's breakfast time for my son. 🍞
7:00 Mom (Pucho) finally wakes up. I see Dad off while breastfeeding my daughter.
Around 7:30 I'm lounging around, unable to get my engine started. I get attacked by my son saying, "Read me a picture book!"

Morning Part 2 🌿

8:00 My son gets himself ready.
8:30 Drop-off. If my daughter falls asleep during the trip, that's her morning nap time.
Once I'm back home, it's Pucho's free time! Though, when I can muster the energy, I do chores, but mostly I just laze around.
(*I should really prep dinner now, but I'm the type who can't move until the very last minute 😂)
10:30 When she wakes up, it's time for a feeding or Pucho's breakfast... or rather, brunch. I'm a big eater!! And after eating, I'm going to sleep, obviously.

Afternoon Section ☁️

13:30 Feeding time. This is when my daughter gets restless and starts acting up because she hasn't moved enough! It would be lucky if she slept a little before pickup time, but she rarely does...
Sometimes she starts a nap right before pickup, and I think, "I'll just take a nap with her~," but then I wake up at pickup time and feel despair.
Time just melts away when you nap... (By the way, Pucho is bad at meal prepping too. If I'm not in the mood for it, I don't want to eat it, and I end up with leftovers.
How does everyone plan their menus? It's exhausting every time.)

Evening to Night Section 🌙

17:00 Back home from pickup. Whether it's heaven or hell depends on whether my son napped at daycare ⚡️
Breastfeeding, prepping dinner, and keeping my son entertained all at once. It's chaos.
I'm saved quite a bit when Dad gets home, so I pray every day for him to come home early 🙏

From there, it's bath time with Dad -> dinner for everyone -> a little playtime -> and then the flow is to be in bed by 20:30.

When I write it out, it looks like a regular routine, but in reality, it's a scramble every day because "my son is up too early," "my daughter won't nap," and "dinner is last minute."
And maybe because she's the second child, I end up leaving my daughter to her own devices a bit... I'm sorry, even though you're so cute...

But well, I think this might be a "once-in-a-lifetime day" too.
I'm lazy by nature, so I wish this could just go on forever~~ 🦥
