The Laziness of an Impatient, Sloppy Mom
A winter bath is pure bliss.
……That said, there are many traps for the lazy.
My husband went into the bath first with our daughter.
It was my first time bathing alone in a while.
Thinking this was my chance, I decided to refill the shampoo I had been putting off.
I decided to refill the shampoo I had been putting off.
I really should have gotten out of the tub, but I couldn't beat the cold.
I couldn't beat the cold.
While still soaking in the tub, I stretched my arm way out to the washing area and started refilling it.
At that moment—
Slip.
Glug, glug, glug.
Of course.
I knew I would do that. I knew it!!
The tub instantly became slimy, turning into an unexpected bubble bath.
I had to tearfully get out right away and drain the water.
The price of laziness, right here.
