Star Song ☆ Mieharu Karaoke Late Summer Version
What a surprise!
I've been nominated by a total of three people to pass the baton! 😳
Since the PJ who passed it to me mentioned that it's okay to go for seconds, I'm going to go for a second round with the "Star Song" theme I had to give up on before! ⭐
PJ
They are a multi-talented person who collaborates with many people, organizes projects, and is also involved in writing! ✨
I am honored that you passed the baton to me! 😊
To the project organizer, I've participated once again! 😁

Here is my second round!
Let's go! ٩( ᐖ )و
Only the last one is an extra, but I chose female solo singers! 😊
I wanted to include a song I wrote myself, but there were songs I just had to introduce!
Younha [Houkiboshi (Comet)]
It was the theme song for the anime BLEACH at the time!
I didn't know she was Korean at first, nor that it was an anime theme song, but I heard it by chance and fell in love with it! 😁
Refreshing rock! 🎶
The high notes in the chorus are as dazzling as a meteor shower, and I admire them! 🥹✨
I hadn't listened to it recently, but it suddenly appeared in my YouTube recommendations. When I thought "Sunfish" was a good song, I was surprised to learn it was Younha-chan from Houkiboshi!
She had a piano-playing style when she debuted, but now she plays guitar, which surprised me even more! 🫢
I feel a sense of closeness to her! 🍀
I never thought I would start playing guitar back then, so it really touched me that she is still active in music today, even in a different country! ✨
It felt like reuniting with an old friend, and I fell in love with it all over again!
Yuuka [Hoshizukiyo (Starry Night)]
This is a song I covered in February this year. Even though my hearing loss hadn't healed yet, I just had to sing this song.
It was the theme song for the drama "Hoshi Furu Yoru ni" (On a Starry Night), which was a love story with a man who couldn't hear, so it holds a special place in my heart.
It still gives me courage today.
Haku [Nukaboshi no Bibouroku (Memorandum of a Faint Star)]
I definitely recommend the story of the anime in the MV too!
And above all, I got goosebumps the moment I heard it! 😆
Because it was Celtic music, which I love! 🎶
And it's a star song, so it's packed with things I love!
The impressive, delicate, yet firm singing voice also fits the starry sky! ✨
When I tried singing it, as expected, I couldn't hit the high notes in the original key! 😭
Is this what a captivating singing voice is?
It's a song packed with everything I love: the melody, the vocals, and the world view!
Anly [Hokutoshichisei (The Big Dipper)]
I feel a sense of closeness because it's played and sung, but I am enchanted by the beauty of the singing voice and the melody.
It's nostalgic, warm, yet poignant—it makes me cry. 😢
It's a song where you can feel kindness in everything.
There are many star songs, but this one cannot be left out.
Choral piece [COSMOS]
This might be the very origin of my star songs!
Has anyone here ever sung this?
It's also a song I sang constantly during summer vacation in my high school music club.
It was the song we performed at the school festival. ✨
The music room in our club building wasn't scheduled to have air conditioning installed until the following year, so until then, we rented a nearby civic center to practice.
So, when I think back on those hot days, my youth was right there too!
I really put my heart into the part where it builds up toward the chorus. 🥹
The key change waiting at the end is also an essential element!
The melody is beautiful, and the harmonies are just so pleasant. 🍀
It's packed with memories, but even looking at the lyrics again now, they are deep and make my heart ache.
That's all!
I never thought I'd get to have a second turn with the baton, but I'm so grateful for the opportunity to talk about music!
Now, as for the next person...
The deadline is finally closing in, so please, really don't push yourself!
That is the first thing I want to convey!
The people I'm passing this on to next are two people I've connected with through music, which is precious since I'm too chicken to interact much otherwise. 🍀✨
NOMARS-san
We've only recently started interacting, but you create so much attractive music!
Your chill music feels like it accompanies daily life. 🍀
I'm constantly receiving inspiration. 🙏✨
You're a multi-talented person who does not only music but also illustrations and photography!
I'm sorry for the sudden intrusion!
If you'd like, please go ahead. 🙇♀️
Takuya-san
I've been paying attention to the music you've been producing for a while now!
You just released your latest original song, the heart-throbbing song "Anti-Damage Wall feat MIK-IV"! It's a must-listen. 🎶
All your songs make me want to listen while carefully reading the lyrics!
I'm looking forward to your future music production. ✨
If you'd like, please take the baton. 🙏
Please rest assured. 🙇♀️
There is a return system!
It seems there is a "return system" for the baton relay.
You can return it to Mieharu-san or Chainner-san, or declare yourself as the anchor, so I hope you will make use of that as well.
I was able to introduce the star songs I had given up on in this second turn I didn't think I'd have. 😊
This is all thanks to PJ-sama. 🫡
And to Mieharu-sama and Chainner-sama, thank you for hosting this project that serves as an opportunity for interaction and learning through music. 🍀✨
