[Experience] I, a Frosapo, had a skeletal analysis done
Just as the world was entering the 10-day Golden Week holiday, I had a face type diagnosis and a skeletal analysis done. Since the face type diagnosis revealed I have a mature, soft elegant face, I wonder what the skeletal analysis will show...?
Once again, I was taken care of by characolo in Ikebukuro, Tokyo. I continued to have Seino-san as my consultant.
What is a skeletal analysis...?
In the first place, a skeletal analysis allows you to know the designs and materials that make your own body look its best, based on the characteristics of your body's texture and lines that you were born with. It has absolutely nothing to do with the common misconception that "it doesn't suit me because I'm overweight."
Its characteristics are as follows.
Because it captures the physical characteristics you were born with, it is not influenced by the style of clothing you are wearing at the time of the diagnosis, and it never changes throughout your life. The diagnosis result remains the same whether you gain or lose weight. (The way you gain or lose weight also differs depending on your skeletal type.)
It perceives the body not as a flat surface (two-dimensional), but as a three-dimensional object (three-dimensional), including the thickness of the body.
Not only the characteristics of the lines, but also the texture of the body (firm, soft, etc.) are points of the diagnosis.
It goes beyond just advising on items that suit specific parts, such as "people with long necks look good in this design" or "people with thick upper arms look good in this design," and also places importance on adjusting the center of gravity balance when viewed from a distance.

Skeletal diagnosis types are divided into the following three categories.

First is the Straight type, which has a three-dimensional, firm, and resilient body.
Next is the Wave type, which has a delicate, thin, and curvy body.
And finally, the Natural type, which has a skeletal frame and a stylish body.
And as for me...?
The diagnosis result through Seino-san's palpation was Straight.

As Seino-san said, "You're the type that would build muscle if you did strength training," I learned for the first time that I am the owner of such a skeleton.
In terms of two-dimensional characters, Nobara Kugisaki from "Jujutsu Kaisen" and Daiwa Scarlet from "Uma Musume" could be said to be of that type (though the classic example would be Fujiko Mine from "Lupin the Third").

By the way, in terms of celebrities, it seems that Kanna Hashimoto and Yuriko Yoshitaka are of this type.
Since Seino-san said, "Even when I watch Taiga dramas, I think Yuriko Yoshitaka is a skeletal Straight," maybe that's the correct answer.
What is suitable for a skeletal Straight?
When we talked about clothing designs that suit me by utilizing my skeleton, it seems that things with a clean neckline are good. Since V-necks or things that utilize the décolleté are good, I thought I would focus on looking for such clothes.
However, if I feel like my neck is going to be constricted, it's good to use accessories.
Come to think of it, I remembered that the clothes I wore at this year's event felt somewhat uncomfortable. I did wear accessories, but since it was a high neck, I realized that this type of thing might not suit me.
Regarding the waistline position, it seems that things with a waist position from just right to low waist are good. It seems I should choose designs that do not have elastic or gathers at the waist.
In other words, since I am also on the curvy side, I need to be careful not to look bulky.
When buying clothes, I get excited and buy them thinking, "This might be good!", but when it comes down to it, I often think, "...something is different." However, having this record of receiving a skeletal diagnosis means that I will make fewer mistakes when buying clothes.
Now that I've finished the face type and skeletal diagnosis
When you get a face type analysis, you can check which clothes are designed for you. You can also look at brands and the like.
However, it seems that once you get a skeletal analysis, you can look at the design of those clothes and tell, "This might be good" or "This is a bit off."
Because of that, you can also establish priorities.
By the way, I found this in a book I bought recently, so I'm sharing it for reference.
What if you were to think about dieting?
I was asked that at the end, and I talked about the diet I recently started.
I mentioned that my ideal is to become like Eiko Koike. When I said that, Kiyono-san replied, "Ah, Eiko Koike has a straight skeletal frame, you see." At that moment, for some reason, it made sense to me.
But, if I'm going to have an ideal, I feel like aiming for Yuriko Yoshitaka, including my face type, is also a possibility.
...That's a long way off, isn't it!
Skeletal analysis is really fun, so I think you should get it done.
As the name suggests, it's categorized by your natural bone structure, and it's easy to visualize.
For that reason, it's worth doing, so please give it a try.
