[Oshikatsu] When in trouble, call your oshi's name

Yesterday, I had my photo taken by a professional photographer.

While they were photographing someone else, the photographer said,
"If you can't smile well, it's okay to say your oshi's name."
I imagined that she had probably been told not to smile in the past. In terms of her attributes, she was close to who I used to be.
"Who is your favorite athlete?"
"It's athlete ●●."
"Then, let's try calling out that name."

As the camera shutter clicked, her expression softened. The photographer told her to try calling out her oshi's name.
The model responded to that.
It seemed like a very fun time.
By the end, they were able to take some truly wonderful photos.

They say an oshi is the essence of the heart, a beauty serum.
They are a light for the heart and a guidepost.
It's not that you'll die if your oshi is gone, but some people say that without their oshi, there is no meaning to living.
Perhaps the photographer said it on purpose because they believe there are people like that.

Denying someone's smile, or mocking others.
The wounds in a person's heart are delicate.
They can be locked up by simple things.
Eventually, that gets buried in the subconscious and makes you unable to move.
Since the subconscious accounts for 90-95% of the whole (though this varies by person), no matter how hard the remaining conscious mind tries, it cannot win.
You can understand it if you imagine a tug-of-war.
No matter how much you shout "I want to change my life," it's difficult unless you change your subconscious.

For that purpose, they say smiling is the best thing to do, even if it's just to trick your brain. Even just lifting the corners of your mouth makes a huge difference.
When you can be natural, your expressions become richer.
Without denying anything, accept things just as they are.

That is why, when you are in trouble, it is good to call your oshi's name.
Because it is also a magical spell.
