🍀 Regarding the Background of the NPO 🍀
In February 2025, at the Hotel Green Park Tsu in Tsu City, Mie Prefecture,
“power harassment and collective harassment occurring within the Shusei Club Mie-Tsu chapter escalated, and currently, a criminal investigation is underway by the Tsu Police Station in Mie Prefecture regarding criminal charges such as obstruction of business by force and coercion.
🕊 Triggered by this criminal incident at Shusei Club the possibility that similar victims exist elsewhere is gradually coming to light.
🕊 The moment victims speak out, they are isolated and exposed to secondary and tertiary victimization—
such structures are still preserved within society today.
In response to this serious reality...
I have decided to establish an NPO aimed at preventing harassment and providing relief to victims.
I am currently a victim of the criminal incident that occurred at the “Shusei Club 🐷 Mie-Tsu Chapter” myself.
🌈 Our Main Activities 🌈
🔔 Multilateral Support for Victims
We will create a “safe space” where victims, who tend to be isolated, can speak out with peace of mind. We provide legal assistance, emotional support, information organization, and referrals to appropriate consultation services.
🔔 Investigation and Correction Proposals for Organizational Misconduct
We will visualize the
abuse of power and harassment structures that tend to occur within closed organizations, as symbolized by the Shusei Club case, and create a safe and fair society by making proposals for sound management.
🔔 Visualizing Harassment as a Social Issue
We will not let power harassment and collective bullying within voluntary organizations like the Shusei Club end as “personal troubles,” but will disseminate it as a challenge for society as a whole to deter secondary victimization.
🔔 Recording and Sharing Cases with Society
Including the Shusei Club case, we will not let the facts fade away, but will publish materials as case studies and record and share them as knowledge for preventing recurrence.

We will pass on a society where we can teach this with pride to the next generation.
