The story of how I got results by relaxing my mind. The power of 'letting go' I realized after exceeding 3,000 PV on Narou
I was staring at the ceiling again, having a self-reflection session.
I used to repeat the same days over and over: I wanted to write a novel, but my brain was so full of anxiety—'What if people don't think it's interesting?' or 'My PV isn't growing at all'—that I would eventually stop writing.
However, when I tried practicing a certain 'brain-switching technique' in my own way, something strange started to happen.
Thanks to that, the cumulative PV of the novel I'm writing has exceeded 3,000, and there are days when over 400 people come to read it. Furthermore, I was able to rank in the 60s for attention on 'Shousetsuka ni Narou,' which was my goal.
I didn't change this much because I made a special effort. In fact, it's because I 'stopped trying too hard'.
This time, I will talk about the success rule of 'letting go' that saved me when I was on the verge of panic and even attracted results, based on my own experience.
1. Perfectionism made me a 'writer who couldn't write'
When I first started writing web novels, I was desperate. 'I need a perfect plot to get read,' 'Not a single mistake is allowed'... The more I thought that way, the more my brain heated up and my fingertips stiffened.
When your brain is filled with 'anxiety' and 'self-evaluation,' your creative power disappears somewhere. At the time, I was on the verge of panic from the pain of not being able to write, rather than the joy of writing.
2. The magic words 'Oh well'
What saved me from that was the phrase 'Oh well,' which incorporates a perspective from brain science.
'I'm worried if it's interesting...' -> 'Oh well, I'll just post it anyway!'
'My PV isn't growing...' -> 'Oh well, it'll work out somehow!'
I tried force-quitting the 'self-judgment' in my brain like this. Then, strangely enough, my brain gained some breathing room, and ideas started to flow out naturally.
3. The 'change in heart' that made me happier than the numbers
As a result, happy numbers like 3,000 PV and ranking entries followed, but for me, the biggest thing was the fact that I am 'continuing to write happily'.
I release the pressure of 'I have to get numbers' with 'Oh well.' I feel that this mental breathing room is what turned into the energy that readers enjoy.
4. Summary: You too can move reality with 'Oh well'
If you are currently feeling like you're about to break down while working or aiming for something, thinking 'this might be impossible,' please stop for a moment and try to reset your brain.
I summarized the specific brain mechanism (DMN) and the '3-step work' I actually use to calm my panic in my previous article, complete with diagrams.

It is a one-coin price of 100 yen, but I have packed it with all the knowledge that became the catalyst for me to change my life little by little.
Your brain should be used to become even happier.
Why not lighten your heart with a 'whatever' and take a new step forward?
