【A Belated Introduction】Are there any points we have in common or can empathize with?
1️⃣ I have now posted 20 articles.
Looking back at my first note,
Wait? I only wrote about what I was going to write, not about myself!
I realized that. Since I have also surpassed 100 followers, I will take a moment to look back at the era I lived through.
I hope that if there are points you can empathize with, such as
I see, this is the kind of person writing this,
or
Ah, I lived through that kind of era too,
it would make me happy.
Note: In the illustrations along the way, the character's comments are a bit arrogant. They were created by NotebookLM, so please laugh and forgive them.
2️⃣ Digital-related background
◆ High School
I had my first computer bought for me. This was the era when we were switching from MS-DOS to Windows 3.1. Floppy disks were the mainstream recording media.
◆ University
The era when mobile phones began to spread. There was a debate over PHS versus mobile phones. Ringtone melodies were also popular. Wireless communication wasn't strong, so I would wait for an opening in the university computer lab between lectures to use the internet.
◆ Working Adult
I don't think the word 'SNS' even existed yet. Was the pioneer mixi, which was invitation-only at the time? Ultra-mobile PCs were useful during business trips, but I doubt anyone uses them anymore...
◆ Present

I have been struggling with generative AI since last year. The main transitions were... The trendy ChatGPT => Copilot, which I used for free extensively => Gemini + NotebookLM, which has bugs in the back-and-forth interactions but has the strongest integration, plus occasionally Claude.
3️⃣ Work background ◆ Previous Job
I started my career at the tail end of the employment ice age. My first job out of college was in quality control at a food factory. The department consisted of just one full-time employee and a few part-timers. The department head had just been demoted and was never around. Since then, I've only ever had managers who were juggling multiple roles, so I never really received proper training; I learned everything by watching others and through trial and error.
It was a small-to-medium-sized manufacturer, so it was a textbook example of a 'black company' (exploitative workplace). But back then, that term didn't even exist. Every Thursday was the peak of complaint handling right before the weekend.
The founder was like a god lol. Because this 'god' loved office parties, I lost any resistance to being an emcee. Thank goodness for that lol.

The fried shrimp character in my icon is a personification of my previous job's main product.
◆ Current Job
Continuing from my previous job, I'm still in food quality control. However, since I now cover group companies across various business types, the range of food products I handle has increased dramatically. The trivia about food that used to be just a hobby has suddenly been elevated to professional skills lol.
I really felt the gratitude of having a proper boss.
◆ Experience with Certification Standards (Previous + Current Job)
・ISO 14001 (Environmental ISO): Secretariat, Management Representative
・Prefectural HACCP: Management Representative
・Industry HACCP: Management Representative
・ISO 22000 (Food Safety ISO): Internal Auditor, Management Representative
・FSSC 22000: Internal Auditor
・JFS-A/B, Food Service Standards: Auditor/Evaluator, Competency Assessor

4️⃣ What I will be writing about
Mainly focusing on using AI with free plans. Occasionally adding some essence of quality control. *Click here for details. ↓
The food industry is surprisingly small.
Maybe you might even know someone I know?
If you feel a connection, please feel free to reach out.
