Welcome to a Healing Space🐟
It's Shirokuro🤍🖤(`・ω・´)ゝ
Summer vacation is almost here☀️🍉🌻🏊
Something both adults and children can enjoy...
And as one of my hobbies,
I highly recommend an aquarium✨

Why an aquarium❓
Because I'm an indoor person and I love it, so I want to spread the wordꉂ🤣𐤔
Plus, watching them swim leisurely is so soothing(◦ˉ ˘ ˉ◦)
Having a beautiful, extraordinary view in your daily life,
a luxurious space right in your home, isn't that wonderful✨
Let me introduce the recommended points and the downsides as well
Recommended Point ① Easy to keep(๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧
You can keep them even in apartments that don't allow pets!
There's no chirping or barking, so there's less noise,
and you don't have to take them for walks either👍
Recommended Point ② Good cost performance(๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧
The costs are low! Especially the running costs!
Of course, it depends on the size of the tank,
but you can start with an initial investment of 15,000 yen,
and if you really want to keep costs down, you can do it for a few thousand yen too👍
If you aren't picky about food, it might not even cost 700 yen a month.
It's not great, but even if you forget to feed them for a day...
Recommended Point ③ A rich space
If you add aquatic plants, it becomes a calm, healing space✨
I keep mine in the living room, so the light hits it,
and the green of the aquatic plants🌱 and the sight of the fish🐟
upgrade an inorganic room into a healing space🥰

Of course, I'll explain the downsides too💦
Downside ① Cleaning
It's overwhelmingly easier than small animals,
but you do have to clean the tank occasionally.
A tank full of algae makes you lose interest all at once.
It depends on the creatures you keep, but I do it once every 3 to 6 months.
Downside ② It's sad when they pass away
It's sad when any pet passes away...(´;ω;`)
But that's something that always comes with keeping pets.
Small ones like neon tetras
have a lifespan of 1-2 years, so the cycle is fast😂
Whenever I collect them, I always say "thank you"
and wrap them in a tissue before putting them in the trash🗑.
You shouldn't bury them in the garden or park because they might carry bacteria
that aren't native to that area, so it's better not to💦
Downside ③ Temperature control
In the summer, the water temperature rises on its own, so you need heat countermeasures.
Unless you leave the air conditioner on,
you have to stabilize the water temperature with a tank fan or spend money on a Peltier cooler,
otherwise they'll get boiled💦
By the way, I leave my air conditioner at 28°C when I go out!

By the way, some people worry about the smell, but
it doesn't smell!(´-ω-)Yup
If it smells, the water quality has deteriorated, so you must change the water immediately,
or all the creatures will die😭

The photos are from a time when I was obsessed with layout,
so you don't need to change it this much, but it's fun, isn't it♡
All the photos are of the same 60cm tank, but
starting with a 60cm tank takes up a bit of space,
so I also recommend starting with a small size
that you can place on a tabletop✨✨
I hope there is at least one person who will try this
as a new challenge for summer vacation☺
