[YouWare] Even a beginner could do it! The journey of creating a 'note scheduled post calendar app' with zero programming knowledge | YouWare Experience Report | AI Experience Story | AI Utilization

Welcome! (*´ω`)✨

This time, I used an AI tool called "YouWare", and by using Japanese input chat,

a note scheduled post calendar app (for PC)

was created for me! ╰(*°▽°*)╯✨

Screenshot of the completed version

It feels like a quick reference table for scheduled articles, doesn't it? (*´ω`)✨

I have absolutely no knowledge of programs or code! I'm not good at it! 💦
So, I totally understand the resistance to trying it even if it looks useful!
It's easy to shy away when words like "coding" or other difficult terms come up, right?

In this article, I will keep the difficult technical jargon to a minimum and reveal, with plenty of "screenshots," exactly how the AI created it for me!

So, let's go through it step by step!! (*´Д`)✨

*This article is a PR article created at the request of YouWare (*´ω`)

👾 What is "YouWare"?

YouWare is a tool that lets you create your own web app without any programming knowledge!

With normal app development...

  • You need to study programming languages

  • You have to write code and fight with errors

  • It can take weeks to months to complete

But with
YouWare...

  • You just tell it in Japanese, "I want an app like this"

  • The AI automatically writes the code for you

  • Create a working app in minutes to hours

I really was able to make it with just this (*´ω`)✨
The reason there is a difference in the time it takes to create an app in minutes to hours is because of the content of the app you want to create and your 'attention to detail' (*´ω`)

By the way, it took me an hour and a half 🌟

How do you specifically use YouWare? (Briefly)

  1. Explain what you want to do to the AI

    • Example: 'I want a calendar that can schedule posts for note articles'

  2. The AI creates it automatically

    • Everything from the screen design to the functional mechanism

  3. Use it on the spot

    • You can try it immediately and request revisions in Japanese

What kind of apps can you make?

  • Schedule management tools

  • Calculators and conversion tools

  • Data organization tools

  • Games and quizzes

Depending on your ideas, you can make even more things!!

[YouWare Credit System]

🌟Credit system
(Details are written in this link above)

  • Upon new registration: 300 credits granted

  • Daily login: 50 credits granted
*However, the '50 credits from login' that you don't use within that day will be reset the next day (*´ω`)

The daily login bonus is 50 credits.
In this case, implementing normal features starts from 50 credits, major feature 'implementation' costs 100+ credits, normal questions or conversations cost single-digit credits, and researching 'whether it can be implemented' costs several tens of credits (*´ω`)✨

Well, it goes without saying, but you consume credits (for wonderful features) as much as you 'get picky'.

Based on these, I created a schedule management tool.

And you know, I have touched on image, video, and music generation regarding AI, but first I want you to know that thisYouWare has a groundbreaking feature.

🌞 Wonderful feature 'Rewind'

This, I think it's a design that really considers the user.

It means that 'Oh, it's different from the image' or 'Oh, the previous one was better','undoing' after generation is possible.

Moreover, the consumed credits are returned.
Since I had the chance, I asked the person in charge about things I was curious about.

Q1. Is there a limit to the number of times this 'Rewind' can be used?

This, you're curious, right?
Because, you can redo it, you know? There must be a limit to the number of times!
Such a good deal...

A. We have not set any particular limit on the number of times, so you can try it until you are satisfied.

Also, ifyou temporarily run out of ideas,

at the bottom of the input fieldyou can use the 'Boost' feature to have the AI help you come up with ideas.

It is a design that values 'being able to try while failing', so please feel free to try it out with peace of mind.

👉 Truly a 'safe design'.
My personality is at the level of 'testing the stone bridge before crossing it'.
I really have never done anything like 'development', and I was full of 'fear' and 'anxiety' (´;ω;`)💦

But, because I love touching AI, the feeling of 'I want to try it✨' won out, so I challenged myself (‾◡◝)✨

And the app I thought of wanting to make is the 'note scheduled post calendar'✨

💻 What is a note scheduled post calendar?

Well, scheduling posts is one of the features available with a note subscription, and I think many people use it to build up a stock of articles.

Especially those who post every day 🌟

I also tend to create them in batches, or write articles as soon as ideas come to mind and set them for 'scheduled posting'.

However, when you look at 'Your Articles' on note,

The image is the actual note scheduled post screen (at the time of writing).

The calendar that only shows up when you are scheduling

It's just a list of dates and times like this, right? (*´ω`)
It shows a calendar like this, but 'only at that moment'.
I want to grasp the overall picture.
This is still on the low side, but when you have 10 or more items in stock, you lose track of what's what, and the distribution 💦
I also want to see the days of the week 💦
I've even accidentally posted duplicates.

I've always thought, wouldn't it be nice if the articles I scheduled like this could be turned into a calendar so I can see them at a glance?

I've been thinking, wouldn't it be nice if they could be turned into a calendar so I can see them at a glance?

That's what I've been thinking (*´ω`) Hey, note management team lol 🤣

So, since I have this opportunity,

I decided to try making it myself using YouWare!!

That's how it happened (*´ω`)✨

💻 Practice: The journey until the app is finished

Now, let's try creating it with YouWare right away! (*´ω`) Exciting 💖

HP

Huh...? (*´Д`)
The HP... it was completely different from what I imagined!
Since I heard it was app development, I had an image of a more complicated design, you know? (*´ω`)

It's such a simple and easy-to-read design, and the colors are easy on the eyes too (*´ω`)
Is it because I'm from a liberal arts background that I see it this way? 💦

And, while I could just enter a prompt into this right away, since I'm ignorant about many things, I want to have it 'collaboratively' build one app with me, so...

Chat

I wanted to do it, so this time I created it using "Chat".

Of course, you can also choose "Code" (prompts)!

And, you can choose the AI that generates the app.

I'm a fan of Claude, so I chose Claude.
It's fun to think that the chat content and app design might change depending on the AI you choose here, isn't it? (*´ω`)✨

👉Chat input (roughly)
・About the inconvenience of scheduling posts on note
・Want to see it at a glance (monthly/weekly)
・Want memo and sticky note features
・Simple design

I tried asking for these things.
Then, could you look at the image below?

In the left frame, Claude is doing some serious "thinking"!! 👀✨

Once the thinking is done, Claude will have some "questions" for you.

It asked me to choose a "design" for the calendar.
I'm sorry, it seems I forgot to take a screenshot, but this chat with Claude happened in the "left frame" of the screen, and the sample-like image was displayed on the right side.

There, among the simple types (4 types), multiple "designs" were displayed in a row.

I chose the "Modern Blue" design because it had the largest and easiest-to-read calendar frame.

As shown in the screenshot above, it presents "questions" and "options," but

putting my thoughts and what I came up with into the chat

is also one of the ways to generate your ideal, I thought.
When I told it, "I liked the 'Modern Blue' design because the calendar frame was the largest and easiest to see," Claude implemented it again.

Like this, it reports, "It's been implemented," and shows you how it turned out.
And sometimes, words I don't understand appear in the "options" (lol) 🤣

What on earth is a "post addition modal"?? (*´Д`)

If you ask Claude about things like this, it will explain them properly.

When I asked, it said it was for the calendar's ※UI design,
※User Interface Design
which means designing the "operation space" that users directly see and touch in digital products like websites and apps to be easy to use and attractive.

Implementation of post addition modal = A pop-up screen for adding posts

In other words,

  • The calendar is displayed (main screen)

  • When you press a button like 'Add Post'...a small input form pops up(This is a modal!)

  • You enter the article title and date/time there

  • When you press 'Save', the modal closes and it is reflected on the calendar

Why use a modal?

  • It's smooth because you don't have to switch the entire page

  • You can focus on the 'task at hand'

  • You can easily cancel and return to the original screen

(*´Д`) Oh!!
This is the first time I've learned the name!!
Since I use it all the time, I didn't know that the 'window' that just pops up is called a 'modal'!

I requested that (`・ω・´)ゞ✨

And you know, I was wondering if we could prevent 'duplicate posts' at the same 'time' on the same day... (Sometimes I accidentally do that (´;ω;`))

※Since this is just a prototype, I decided that image analysis functionality was unnecessary

Here, I got carried away in the chat and made a silly mistake,

Duplicate posts on the 'same' day at the same 'time' are more of a'yikes (´;ω;`)' than anything else, so

Excerpt from Natsume-san's chat

Because of this input, Natsume-san made a blunder that troubled Claude-kun... (lol)🤣

Please take a look at this💖

Wait... was it implemented?? (lol)🤣

I hurriedly asked, 'You're joking, right?' (lol)🤣

The unexpected fact that it had implemented 'Kyaa (´;ω;`)' (lol)🤣

Then, Claude started thinking all by himself!!✨

How cute💖

Hey, hey, hey, hey💦
That's just too cute!!!!

No, I'm sorry for making you worry💦
I apologized right away!! (lol)🤣
I'm so sorry for using metaphors right away💦

Well, that's what the chat is like(*´ω`)✨
Looking at it again... it's lively, isn't it? (lol)🤣

👉 Points where I stumbled

AI is truly excellent, so it suggests all sorts of wonderful feature ideas.
But if you just say 'yes, that's great' to everything, your credits will disappear before you know it, and quite a bit of time will have passed too.

Think for yourself whether that feature is really necessary, and ask the AI again.

I was presented with all sorts of things by Claude and got confused💦

'I want you to make this calendar the bare minimum functionality'

I said(*´ω`)
After all, 'modifications' and 'additions' are possible even after the app is released!
Actually, the things you learn by 'touching it' might be more significant.
While you're using it, you'll think, 'Oh, I don't need this,' or 'Oh, I want it to be like this here'✨

So, in order to give it 'form', it's also necessary to know when to call it quits🌟

And so, after many twists and turns, it's done!!

'Publishing'

allows you to demonstrate it!✨

I've given it 'form' for now!

At this point, you'll probably think, 'Eh!? Already publishing?(*´Д`)💦' *shiver*
I think that's how you'll feel(*´ω`)
Once it's done to a certain extent, Claude will ask, 'Shall I publish it?'

'P-p-publish!?(*´Д`) But it's not finished yet!?'

But don't worry.
With YouWare,

"Publishing does not mean completion."

Publishing once is

more like "saving the current state."

Even after publishing,

  • modifications

  • additions

  • rebuilding

are all possible!So,

"Saving the state that has taken shape for now"

means it's always a "demonstration," so go ahead and "publish" with confidence!!✨

Then, an app that has been "shaped" like this will appear on the right side of the screen.

By "shaping" it once, you can now try out "how it feels to actually use it." You can try entering data once and check the usability.

This is "dark" mode🌟
You can choose the calendar color scheme(*´ω`)✨

Let's enter data right away!!

So this is what they call a "modal"!!

It gets displayed as a "pop-up" like this!

Since I'm mostly doing manual entry for now, I can tell right away if there's a post in the calendar slot, but for various reasons, there are times when I have "two" scheduled posts in one day(*´ω`)

I should have taken a look at the "Eek!(´;ω;`)" display(*´ω`)

This is what it looks like when one entry is added (*´ω`)

Clicking on a date field in the calendar brings up the screen above.

'Price' refers to paid articles (*´ω`)

For 'Status', a dropdown menu appears with 'Scheduled', 'Draft', and 'Published', so you just select from there.
This part isn't automatic, but if we made it 'automatic', it would need to link with note, and 'that's not possible' (*´ω`)

I'm thinking it would be nice if the 'color changed' once it's set to 'Published' here.

Such additional 'modifications' can also be done after release!! (*´Д`)

I've added various other things after the release too!!

From here, I had them add instructions to 'display notes in the calendar frame' if there are any, and even something called 'tags'!!

Tags, let's see, I used them to categorize the 'genre' of the articles.
I'm sure many of you have your own genres, right?
I have 'AI-generated images', 'AI-generated videos', and 'paid articles', so I thought it would be better to include individual tags for each.

I'm currently creating works in a dark world called 'Dark Literature', and while not everything is like that, I also want to keep track of how much I've created.

But entering those 'tags' every time is a hassle, so I also asked them to save the 'history'.

And then,

the tags I've 'already used' are now there.

Also this!

This is a recommended setting from Claude-kun.

They even created a search item for tags and placed frequently used tags on the main calendar page✨

And, it's set up so that tags are also displayed in the calendar frame (*´ω`)

I'm grateful to be able to see it at a glance like this.

And so, this is what it looks like now✨

I'm already using it~ (*´ω`)✨

・Daily posts
・Date
・Time
・Free or paid
・What kind of article (tag)

This is enough for me (*´ω`)✨
This is also a record of my own hard work on note✨(*´Д`)

Self-satisfaction is fine!
People think and act to satisfy themselves, after all!!✨

👾Finally

Well, how was it?
Um, even though I have AI do various things, I think the foundation is still 'human ideas and the image you want to create.'
AI is just a tool; whether you can use it 'with courage' is what I thought would be necessary in the coming era.

I created an app with YouWare this time, but I didn't use any difficult words, did I?
Maybe just 'modal'?
When users hear words they aren't used to, I think they tend to take a step back, because that's how I was, actually (*´ω`)

But I got along well with Claude and 'did it'🌟

I love writing notes, so I made this app thinking, 'I want to write more comfortably.'
It has become an indispensable partner now (*´ω`)✨

AI is often thought of as scary or difficult, but it's actually a 'companion that makes your wants come true'.

YouWare, at first I thought it looked 'difficult...', but when I actually tried it, 'fun!' won out (*´ω`)✨
Even someone like me with zero programming knowledge was able to create my own custom tool like this.

Being able to give shape to 'I wish I had this' was an incredibly exciting experience (*´ω`)

For people like me who say 'Code? No way!', it's definitely worth a try!
Next, it's your turn to report that you 'did it!' (*´Д`)✨

Everyone, try making your own convenient tool too!

That's all, app creation complete! This was level-up Dora-chan╰(*°▽°*)╯

📢Dora-chan 'note Scheduled Post Calendar'

This app that a beginner seriously tried to prototype✨
If you are interested, please try using it for reference/experience demo purposes (*´ω`)

👉note Scheduled Post Calendar(For PC)

*It works on smartphones, but the frame is vertically long and not recommended💦
It is created as a PC version, so it is not compatible with smartphones.

When you click on an empty frame,

it appears like this.
Here, you set the title, scheduled time, etc., and then 'save' it.

Then, the schedule will be entered into the calendar frame.

When you click this again...

It becomes a modal with "memo" and "tag" added like this!

Oh, by the way, when you use it,

[Usage Notes]

👉 There's an "Add" button, right?
If you input something, it won't be reflected unless you press the "+ Add" button, so please make sure to press it (*´ω`)✨

👉 You can add "colors" to "tags," but be careful because if you change the color, even the same word will be treated as a "different tag" (*´ω`)✨

👉 There is a button called "Bulk registration from image," but this app does not have "image analysis" installed for reference/prototyping purposes.

Actually, I was thinking of taking a screenshot of the article list, analyzing that image, and scheduling it directly onto the calendar!

Well, how this will turn out is... (*´ω`) you know?

And don't forget! Finally, press the "Update" button!!

How is it? Please, give it a try!! (*´ω`)✨

Thank you for reading this far!! (*´ω`)🍀
I hope this serves as inspiration for your creative work✨🌈
