a note scheduled post calendar app (for PC)

It feels like a quick reference table for scheduled articles, doesn't it? (*´ω｀)✨

I have absolutely no knowledge of programs or code! I'm not good at it! 💦
So, I totally understand the resistance to trying it even if it looks useful!
It's easy to shy away when words like "coding" or other difficult terms come up, right?

In this article, I will keep the difficult technical jargon to a minimum and reveal, with plenty of "screenshots," exactly how the AI created it for me!

💻 What is a note scheduled post calendar?

Well, scheduling posts is one of the features available with a note subscription, and I think many people use it to build up a stock of articles.

Especially those who post every day 🌟

I also tend to create them in batches, or write articles as soon as ideas come to mind and set them for 'scheduled posting'.

However, when you look at 'Your Articles' on note,

It's just a list of dates and times like this, right? (*´ω｀)
It shows a calendar like this, but 'only at that moment'.
I want to grasp the overall picture.
This is still on the low side, but when you have 10 or more items in stock, you lose track of what's what, and the distribution 💦
I also want to see the days of the week 💦
I've even accidentally posted duplicates.

I've always thought, wouldn't it be nice if the articles I scheduled like this could be turned into a calendar so I can see them at a glance?

The HP... it was completely different from what I imagined!
Since I heard it was app development, I had an image of a more complicated design, you know? (*´ω｀)

It's such a simple and easy-to-read design, and the colors are easy on the eyes too (*´ω｀)
Is it because I'm from a liberal arts background that I see it this way? 💦

And, while I could just enter a prompt into this right away, since I'm ignorant about many things, I want to have it 'collaboratively' build one app with me, so...

I wanted to do it, so this time I created it using "Chat".

Of course, you can also choose "Code" (prompts)!

And, you can choose the AI that generates the app.

I'm a fan of Claude, so I chose Claude.
It's fun to think that the chat content and app design might change depending on the AI you choose here, isn't it? (*´ω｀)✨

In the left frame, Claude is doing some serious "thinking"!! 👀✨

Once the thinking is done, Claude will have some "questions" for you.

It asked me to choose a "design" for the calendar.
I'm sorry, it seems I forgot to take a screenshot, but this chat with Claude happened in the "left frame" of the screen, and the sample-like image was displayed on the right side.

There, among the simple types (4 types), multiple "designs" were displayed in a row.

I chose the "Modern Blue" design because it had the largest and easiest-to-read calendar frame.

As shown in the screenshot above, it presents "questions" and "options," but

putting my thoughts and what I came up with into the chat

is also one of the ways to generate your ideal, I thought.
When I told it, "I liked the 'Modern Blue' design because the calendar frame was the largest and easiest to see," Claude implemented it again.

Like this, it reports, "It's been implemented," and shows you how it turned out.
And sometimes, words I don't understand appear in the "options" (lol) 🤣

What on earth is a "post addition modal"?? (*´Д｀)

If you ask Claude about things like this, it will explain them properly.

When I asked, it said it was for the calendar's ※UI design,
※User Interface Design
which means designing the "operation space" that users directly see and touch in digital products like websites and apps to be easy to use and attractive.

Implementation of post addition modal = A pop-up screen for adding posts

In other words,

• The calendar is displayed (main screen)

• When you press a button like 'Add Post'...a small input form pops up(This is a modal!)

• You enter the article title and date/time there

• When you press 'Save', the modal closes and it is reflected on the calendar

Why use a modal?

• It's smooth because you don't have to switch the entire page

• You can focus on the 'task at hand'

• You can easily cancel and return to the original screen

Since I use it all the time, I didn't know that the 'window' that just pops up is called a 'modal'!

👉 Points where I stumbled

AI is truly excellent, so it suggests all sorts of wonderful feature ideas.
But if you just say 'yes, that's great' to everything, your credits will disappear before you know it, and quite a bit of time will have passed too.

Think for yourself whether that feature is really necessary, and ask the AI again.

I was presented with all sorts of things by Claude and got confused💦

'I want you to make this calendar the bare minimum functionality'

After all, 'modifications' and 'additions' are possible even after the app is released!
Actually, the things you learn by 'touching it' might be more significant.
While you're using it, you'll think, 'Oh, I don't need this,' or 'Oh, I want it to be like this here'✨

So, in order to give it 'form', it's also necessary to know when to call it quits🌟

By "shaping" it once, you can now try out "how it feels to actually use it." You can try entering data once and check the usability.

Since I'm mostly doing manual entry for now, I can tell right away if there's a post in the calendar slot, but for various reasons, there are times when I have "two" scheduled posts in one day(*´ω｀)

I should have taken a look at the "Eek!(´;ω;｀)" display(*´ω｀)

Clicking on a date field in the calendar brings up the screen above.

'Price' refers to paid articles (*´ω｀)

For 'Status', a dropdown menu appears with 'Scheduled', 'Draft', and 'Published', so you just select from there.
This part isn't automatic, but if we made it 'automatic', it would need to link with note, and 'that's not possible' (*´ω｀)

I'm thinking it would be nice if the 'color changed' once it's set to 'Published' here.

Such additional 'modifications' can also be done after release!! (*´Д｀)

I've added various other things after the release too!!

From here, I had them add instructions to 'display notes in the calendar frame' if there are any, and even something called 'tags'!!

Tags, let's see, I used them to categorize the 'genre' of the articles.
I'm sure many of you have your own genres, right?
I have 'AI-generated images', 'AI-generated videos', and 'paid articles', so I thought it would be better to include individual tags for each.

I'm currently creating works in a dark world called 'Dark Literature', and while not everything is like that, I also want to keep track of how much I've created.

But entering those 'tags' every time is a hassle, so I also asked them to save the 'history'.

👉 There is a button called "Bulk registration from image," but this app does not have "image analysis" installed for reference/prototyping purposes.
