Output is making my life richer and richer
"Mr. Niizato, how do you always
have topics to post every day?"
This is something someone says to me
almost every day, haha.
However, it's not that I can continue posting
because I have so many topics,
but rather that topics come to mind
because I have decided to output at the same time every day.
"I'll post when I have a topic"
If I had that mindset, I definitely
wouldn't have been able to keep it up.
No matter how few topics I have,
no matter how little I feel like writing,
no matter how tired I am,
no matter how sleepy I am,
no matter how drunk I am,
no matter how unwell I feel,
no matter how sad I am,
when it's time to post, I definitely post.
That is all there is to it.
If you decide that you will definitely produce a topic,
it will definitely come out.
It's like wringing out a dry cloth
to squeeze out even more topics.
When you keep doing that
every single day for 365 days,
when that time comes, your brain
automatically switches into 'writing mode'.
Once that becomes a habit,
the speed at which topics and ideas
are born from your brain
becomes incredibly fast.
You naturally acquire the knack
for coming up with ideas,
and you gradually become the type of person
who finds it easier to generate ideas.
It is said that when you output the information you have input,
the retention rate in your brain increases sevenfold.
Reading many books is good, but
it is far more efficient to
output what you have read.
I think the quality and quantity of output
are proportional to the
quality and quantity of input.
They also have
a tremendous positive impact on daily life.
First and foremost, your sensitivity
becomes incredibly enriched.
My brain is constantly searching for
content ideas 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
As a result, my entire daily life
starts to look like content.
I become sensitive to
even the most trivial
episodes.
In other words,
you become someone who is easily moved,
developing a capacity for wonder.
If something slightly unpleasant happens,
I feel like,
'It's good that I found some content material.'
'I can't post because I have no content ideas'
I occasionally meet people
who say this.
It's not that they don't have content,
they just don't realize
that what they have is content.
People with no content
do not exist in this world.
Becoming moved by the little
episodes of daily life.
Don't you think that
means your life itself
has become richer?
Every day, I have dozens, even hundreds of
moments where I feel moved.
I believe the richness of life
is directly proportional to the number of times you feel moved.
Instead of keeping those moments
to myself,
I share what has moved me
and what I have learned
with everyone, experiencing that emotion together with the people I connect with,
and growing together.
Even if it is just for a fleeting moment
in the midst of the days where everyone is
desperately trying to get by,
if I can help them feel a sense of richness,
it makes me incredibly happy.
At the same time, it is also
a time when I myself
can feel a sense of richness.
Now, almost every day, someone
says 'Thank you'
to me.
There are even people who go out of their way
to send me a direct message to express their gratitude.
There are even people who come to Okinawa
from other prefectures
just to have coffee with me.
Once I started sharing my excitement,
a different kind of excitement began to
come flooding toward me like an avalanche.
The chain reaction of excitement never stops.
Connections made online
eventually reflect
in the real world.
There are many people I would
never have met
if I hadn't been putting out content.
I believe that output is not just a means of attracting customers,
but also one of the ways
to enrich your daily life.
It is also a device that
helps discover your talents and strengths.
I never imagined that in my life, I would end up
being a seminar instructor on 'sharing,'
running a school about 'sharing,'
running an online salon,
building a community,
or giving seminars on those topics.
I never even imagined it.
It is all thanks to the people online who
'Please do this' or 'We want you to do this,'
and pushed me forward.
It's not that I had
confidence from the start.
What I feel now that teaching 'sharing'
has become my job is
'Everyone actually wants to
convey who they are to someone else.'
That is what I feel.
People who have started sharing
have changed their thinking and awareness,
realized their own strengths,
created various connections,
and things are getting more and more interesting.
Witnessing that
is truly so much fun and makes me incredibly happy, haha.
The things I have experienced,
the skills and
know-how I possess, are useful to someone and I am thanked for them.
Witnessing them in that state of joy.
Is there any happiness
greater than this?
For me, output is
not just a method for attracting customers,
but also one of the means to enrich my life.
To think that such an amazing tool
can be used for free,
we really live in a good era.
Depending on how you do it, output
can create wonderful encounters,
and add color to your daily life.
It drastically increases opportunities to be moved,
and changes you into someone who is easily moved,
and someone who easily comes up with ideas.
Sometimes, it even helps me realize
what my own talents and strengths are.
My daily output
is truly
enriching my life.
I am not
teaching how to attract customers.
I am conveying
that if you do this, your life
will become a little bit richer.
I want to continue
steadily and consistently
producing output from here on out.
