Glass, paper, and soap. The difference between the salt that supports civilization and the salt that tunes human cells

Good morning. I am Salt Grandpa, moving my wooden spatula with ease again today at my workshop in Akune, while conversing with the pure white steam rising from the kiln.
Now, I have talked about the history of salt in Akune, but here I would like to share an important story about 'proper distinction' that I want everyone to know.
Some people make extreme statements like 'refined salt (NaCl) with a purity of 99% or higher is bad for the body,' but I have deep respect for that technology and high-purity salt. This is because pure sodium chloride is a 'huge, absolutely essential infrastructure' that silently supports modern industrial civilization.
For example, it is not just 'vinyl chloride' used for pipes and the like. By electrolyzing high-purity salt (NaCl), various products around us are made.
Glass(raw material for window glass and bottles)・Soap and detergents(raw material for caustic soda that removes dirt)・Paper and pulp(bleaches book and notebook paper beautifully)・Chemical fibers for clothing(manufacturing processes for acrylic, polyester, etc.)・Medical saline and disinfectant(requires extremely precise purity)
What do you think? Window glass, the soap we use every day, the notebooks we read, and hospital IV fluids—we are able to live a rich and clean life today precisely because of the chemical infrastructure known as 'high-purity salt.' That is why we must correctly understand the 'distinction in usage'.
'Salt that supports civilization, which we do not eat,' becomes a wonderful industrial product with stable chemical reactions the closer it is to 100% purity. However,
'Salt that tunes life, which we eat,' is a completely different story.
Our human cells and blood have lived since ancient times holding onto the 'golden ratio of sea minerals' just as it is. Only when potassium, magnesium, calcium, and trace elements are all present can cells breathe correctly and blood circulate smoothly.
While enriching civilization with 'pure NaCl' created by science and technology, we should gently fill our human bodies with 'mineral-rich appropriate salt' nurtured by the natural sea.
Using these two correctly is the true wisdom for living wisely and healthily in the modern age.
Today, too, while thinking deeply about gratitude for technology and the tuning of life, I will generously and deliciously enjoy the finest crystals that have come out of the Akune kiln.
