A Guide to Introducing Counselors in Kindergartens | The Standard Guide 3 Years After Regulatory Reform

In August 2021, the Ordinance for Enforcement of the School Education Act was revised, opening up
a systematic path for introducing school counselors into kindergartens as well.

Following this ministerial ordinance revision, I wrote "The Kindergarten School Counselor: Introduction, Utilization, and Practice Guide" with the hope of
helping preschool facilities such as kindergartens, nursery schools, and certified centers for early childhood education and care proceed smoothly with the consideration of introducing counselors.

• Changes that occur in the facility due to the introduction of a counselor

practical know-how along with case studies on how to lead the challenges faced by childcare workers (kindergarten and nursery school teachers), children, and parents toward resolution.
