An Opportunity to Meet Retail Experts!
I provide consulting and human resource development services for those in the retail industry.
Among the wonderful people I have met over the past decade or so, there are many I wish could influence the industry even more!
I have often thought, "I really want people to meet them!" and while I have whispered this to the individuals themselves and those around them, I have struggled to actually plan and execute such an event.
・Store managers who come up with various creative ways to ensure their subordinates enjoy their work
・Part-time staff members at stores where I always see customers chatting happily after entering
・Staff members who joined as short-term part-timers but ended up taking on roles like shift leaders and working with such brilliance
・Staff members who radiate an aura that makes you want to guarantee that the job of "customer service" is a perfect fit for them
and so on
I am always impressed that these retail experts are not only wonderful in their words and actions, but are also people of character who brighten and support not only themselves but everyone around them.
The introduction has become long, but since I have received requests from people saying they actually want to meet them, I decided to make it happen to fulfill my responsibility as someone who has had the privilege of meeting them.
Through our company's planning, we are pleased to introduceMieko Minami, an expert in food retail.
She won her division at the 2023 Japan Shopping Center Association Customer Service Role-Playing Contest National Tournament.
This will be a public seminar, and we will also accept questions from participants in advance. I hope that for those who are retail experts or those striving on the path to becoming experts, meeting them in person will lead to further evolution (shinka) in the retail industry.
