There is no such thing as something you 'should learn'

Things you 'should learn' do not exist in this world.

Someone once said,

'You should learn English.'
'You should learn Chinese.'

Behind those words, there is likely a hidden reason, such as English being the world's lingua franca or the Chinese population being large.
However,does something obtained by concocting plausible reasons in your head have enough value to 'truly' enrich your life?

I traveled to Thailand and thought it was an interesting country.
If I tried to study Thai because of that, would you think,

'Thai is only spoken in Thailand, so it's a waste of time to study it. You should spend that effort on something more productive'?

If you thought that, you are essentially throwing your life down the drain.

FunIf your heart says so, follow it.
Thinking calculatingly in your head about whether there is a benefit or not—none of that matters.
Just
enjoy it as your curiosity leads you.Because that is how you can grow overwhelmingly more.

That accumulation will eventually create the original you, unlike anyone else.
