Days Facing Panic Disorder and Autonomic Nervous System Imbalance
Nice to meet you🥰
Starting today, I've decided to write about my physical condition and the things I feel each day.
Since I was little, I've been the type to get nervous easily, and I would feel completely exhausted after meeting people or going out. I might have even been a bit uncomfortable with eating out.
“Am I worrying too much?”
“Is it just my personality?”
I spent my time thinking these things, but as I got older, my anxiety and physical ailments grew stronger, and I began to suffer from symptoms like panic disorder and autonomic nervous system imbalances.
Going out became difficult, I would get exhausted just from talking to people, and I would suddenly feel anxious.
I've become especially bad at standing and talking, so I spend my days trying to avoid running into acquaintances at the supermarket😭
There are days when things I used to be able to do normally feel difficult.
But I believe there must be many others who are suffering in the same way.
Also, I've had atopic dermatitis since I was a child.
*I had a period where it was quite severe, so I would like to write an article about that later.
While researching my own health, I gradually learned that things like diet, sleep, nutrition, the autonomic nervous system, and stress mean that the mind and body are deeply connected.
I'm still in the trial-and-error phase, but since I improved my diet three years ago, I've been able to do more things, and I've been bedridden less often.
“Ways to feel even a little better”
“Balancing the mind and body”
“A way of living that doesn't push too hard”
I am spending my time learning these things in my own way.
In this note, I hope to write about the following at a comfortable pace:
* About panic disorder
* About the autonomic nervous system
* About diet and nutrition (recipes)
* My daily physical condition
* Things that made my heart feel a little lighter
* Small daily events
* About atopic dermatitis
I hope this can be a place where those who are suffering in the same way can feel a little relieved, thinking, “I'm not alone.”
I look forward to connecting with you all.
