Since joining JPIA... Heartwarming words 💛
The other day, I attended the Japan Professional Instructor Association (JPIA) new member welcome party. When I joined JPIA three years ago, I didn't know anyone at all, and I felt completely out of place 💦 I've looked back on the time from then until now and summarized it.
From burnout to a V-shaped recovery
In the summer of 2019, I was in a state of burnout. My top priority was to recover my health. Since joining JPIA, people have started saying that I have "initiative." I wrote the details here ↓
Collaboration with Haruka Suko 💛 Profile Creation Seminar
In January 2020, I held a profile creation seminar in collaboration with Japan Professional Instructor Association (JPIA) representative Haruka Suko.

Get your documents approved! Key points for creating an instructor profile Under this theme, I was in charge of the workshop for creating profiles.
Heartwarming words from JPIA representative Haruka Suko 💛
After the seminar, I received some heartwarming words from Haruka Suko. With her permission, I would like to share a part of them.

This seminar themed on "profile creation" was also a project that came to fruition because Shimokawa-san entered it into the "JPIA project recruitment" call.
Also, it wasn't just those public actions;
I was also impressed by how she would leave detailed and heartfelt comments on the FB posts of various people she met at JPIA.
To be honest, she hasn't undergone training as an instructor,
she doesn't have a so-called honor student background in terms of her career,
her appearance isn't flashy,
and she isn't the type of person who "looks like they would be chosen as an instructor."
But you know, I chose Shimomayu-san this time.
And seeing how she prepared,
I truly felt glad that I asked Shimomayu-san.
・Preparation of materials
・Preparation of analogies
・Simulation of how participants would engage with the workshop
Besides that, it was because it came across that she was "doing her absolute best with what she can do now."
And I felt that her "way of being"—understanding her own "shortcomings," letting them go, and being there with the sole intention of "being useful to the person in front of her"—was truly wonderful.
I teared up when I read this.
Being useful to the person in front of me with what I can do now

Until now, I have been helping people who hide treasures inside them to share information so they can deliver it to those who need it.
I thought it would be great if I could help instructors with various areas of expertise clarify their strengths and personal core, and create profiles that convey that even better.
I was also happy to hear the participant's feedback: "I was moved by the extraordinary passion for the workshop conveyed within her calm tone of voice."
I thought, "I want to continue being useful to the person in front of me with what I can do now."
Appeared at SNS consultation sessions and note seminars
Japan Professional Instructor Association (JPIA), I also appeared at a "Consultation session on SNS dissemination."
I also spoke at a note seminar.
For the JPIA publishing project, I spoke at a seminar on how to spread content via social media.
I am grateful to have already received a request to speak again in November, with the request: "Please do the same content again this year."
Diamond Award 💛 A happy group message and gift
At the JPIA Awards 2022, I was honored with the top award, the "Diamond Award."

I was presented with a personalized ballpoint pen 💛

I also received a lovely group message.

Reading all the heartwarming words made me feel so warm inside.
I want to continue doing what I can, one step at a time, from here on out.
10/23 (Sun) note & YouTube Free Seminar
I will be holding a Zoom lecture on 10/23 (Sun) in collaboration with creative director Takao Hiramatsu!
