I tried out Zoom's AI summary feature!

I thought Zoom had added some new features I'd never used before, but...

I used Zoom's AI summary feature for the first time and put together a guide on how to use it!

Zoom AI Summary Feature

My morning activity companion, Shigeki Kawahara, who inspired me to post on note every day, had a post about using Zoom's AI summary feature.

I thought, "This might be good," so I tried it out right away!

Zoom Admin Console

When I logged into the Zoom admin console, this display appeared.

Clicking "Access Settings" takes you to the settings screen.

Settings in the "AI Companion" tab

Zoom's AI summary feature is configured in the "AI Companion" tab.

Check the boxes and save

I checked the boxes for "Automatically turn on meeting summary when the meeting starts" and "Send an email notification when sharing with users."

Select the users to whom the summary will be automatically shared, and save.

An email after Zoom ends?!

After the Zoom meeting ended, the AI summary content arrived via email!

Also saved in the Zoom admin console

The AI summary content is also saved in the Zoom admin console.

When you open the "Summaries" tab, you can check the key points, next steps, and summaries for each part.

Although there are some parts where proper nouns aren't recognized correctly... I thought it was definitely usable as a draft for meeting minutes!
