The book I proofread is in bookstores!
Yesterday morning, I went to the Kinokuniya main store in Shinjuku.
It was the release date of the book I was in charge of proofreading 💛
Visiting Kinokuniya Shinjuku Main Store on the release date, September 3rd

When I searched on the Kinokuniya bookstore terminal... I found out that it was in stock in the psychology essay section on the 3rd floor.
With the bookstore staff's permission, I took a picture of the books stacked flat.
When I went to the sales floor on the 3rd floor... the books were stacked flat!
I even posted a quick note about it on note (lol).
The author, Kyoko Hamada lives in Nara Prefecture.
With the state of emergency currently in effect, traveling across prefectural borders is difficult 💦
I asked the bookstore staff, 'The author asked me to... would it be alright if I took a picture of the books on display?'
They gave me permission, saying, 'As long as the contents of the book or other customers aren't in the shot, it's fine,' so I was able to take a picture of the books stacked flat.

Interaction with the author during the Facebook Live on the release day
While proofreading the manuscript for this book... as a serious person who tends to push myself to the limit, I felt like it really hit home.
When I commented about that during the Facebook Live on the release day...

The author, Kyoko Hamada, said 'JUST FOR YOU' to me during the Facebook Live (lol).
This book was written for serious people like me.
I often watch Kyoko Hamada's Facebook Live, which airs from 8:30 AM, Monday through Friday 😊

How I met the author and came to help with the book
I wrote about how I met the author, Kyoko Hamada, a year ago and how I ended up helping with the creation of this book in this article.
A book I recommend for serious people like me
I was so happy to see a note of thanks in the afterword addressed to 'M, who checked the text' anonymously 💛
This is a book I want people who are as serious and hardworking as I am—to the point of being overwhelmed—to read.
I finished reading the book I bought on the train ride home.
(I heard it was written with the intention of being short enough to read while traveling on the Shinkansen.)
I would be happy if you could pick up a copy if you see it in a bookstore 😊
