How to post a link in a Clubhouse room

Yesterday, I found an interesting article on note.

Apparently, it is now possible to paste links inside a Clubhouse room?!

I was so curious that I immediately tried it out (lol).

✅ Clubhouse update

I heard that once you become a moderator, you can post links, but even after being granted moderator privileges, I couldn't find any such button.

I heard from my morning activity group members that Clubhouse was recently updated, so I decided to leave the room, update the app, and rejoin.

I see, it was updated to version 1.0.18.

After the update, heading to the Clubhouse room

After the update was complete, I opened Clubhouse again and...

I was able to check the details of the update.

I went back to the Clubhouse morning activity room and tested it out.

When I pressed the "..." button in the top right of the room...

Oh! An item called "Pin a Link" appears!

Paste the copied URL

I see, so this is where you paste the URL.

The pasted note article is displayed at the top of the room

I tried pasting the URL of the note article I copied.

The pasted note article is now displayed below the room name!

Clicking this link brings up a pop-up.

Tapping "Go To Link" allows you to read the note article.

Google Docs URLs can also be pasted

Tapping "Edit Pinned Link" allows you to paste a different URL.

When I tried pasting a Google Docs URL...

The Google Docs URL is now displayed below the room name!

So, who shared it is displayed below the link.

If you set it so others can write in it, it could also be used for workshops◎

Delete the pasted link

Tapping "Remove Link" allows you to delete the link.

The link that used to be displayed under the room name is now hidden.

You can also send links individually

Until now, it has been possible to send links individually using the airplane icon.

From now on, you will be able to have people in the room look at Google Slides while you talk on Clubhouse.

Clubhouse is certainly evolving, isn't it!
