How to unsend messages on a LINE Official Account

Sometimes you might realize you made a mistake after sending a message from your LINE Official Account.

You can also unsend messages if you accidentally sent the wrong sticker!

1. Tap the message or sticker you sent by mistake

2. Select Unsend

A pop-up will appear, so select "Unsend".

3. Confirmation that the message was unsent

A notification will appear at the top of the screen stating that the message has been unsent.

The unsent message or sticker will become semi-transparent, and "You unsent a message" will also be displayed at the bottom.

4. The recipient will also see that the message was unsent

The recipient will also see "You unsent a message" displayed.

As shown, it is now possible to unsend messages and stickers when communicating in individual chats.

This is a very convenient feature indeed◎
