Behind the Scenes of Course Video Recording 💛 Happy Feedback
Last week, I recorded course videos at the Nakano Industry Promotion Center.
I have compiled the process of how this course came to be, along with the feedback from those who helped with the video recording.
How the course theme became "Writing"
I also spoke at courses at the Nakano Industry Promotion Center in 2021 and 2022.

People who have taken my courses often tell me, "You made me want to start a note!" Several people have actually started using note.
However, I heard that quite a few people, once they actually start note or SNS, find themselves thinking, "I don't know what to write."
Because of that, I received a request to "make writing the theme for next year," so I submitted a course outline.
Speaking of AI... I have to include ChatGPT!
In the 2021 course, I even demonstrated how to use voice input with Google Docs.

The course outline I submitted in August 2022 included an item on "AI," but the AI I had in mind at that time was just voice input.
Since the beginning of this year, ChatGPT has become a hot topic.
I thought, "If we're talking about AI now, we can't leave out ChatGPT."
The new SNS "Threads"
Furthermore, on July 6th, a new SNS called "Threads" was released.
I thought, "Since the theme is SNS, I want to include information about new SNS as well."
And so, I registered for Threads on my birthday, July 12th. That was one week before the course video recording day.
Working on slide materials during the three-day weekend
While creating various examples with ChatGPT, I worked hard on making the course slide materials during the three-day weekend.

Even on the morning of the video recording day, I made adjustments to the slide materials, such as adding images and rearranging pages.
I always end up making last-minute adjustments, don't I? 💦
Video recording with the cooperation of 8 monitor students 💛
Nakano City Industry Promotion Center courses allow instructors to choose between in-person sessions or video distribution.
I chose video distribution because I believe that an online format allows many people from all over the country to participate.
Some instructors submit video data they recorded themselves... but talking for two hours to an empty room is impossible for me 💦
So, I recruited monitor students who were okay with being on camera, and eight people agreed to help with the video recording 😊

I was even able to do a live demonstration of ChatGPT!
A first for me this time was using ChatGPT while screen-sharing on Zoom. Based on the notes written during the workshop, I asked for volunteers to raise their hands on the spot... and demonstrated generating profiles and catchphrases using ChatGPT.

After the recording finished, one person even reported back that they used ChatGPT to create a catchphrase for their family member and were able to create something they liked 💛
The final exercise: The 'Vector Workshop' to rewrite negative perceptions
In this course, we did a 'workshop to rewrite negative perceptions' at the end.

It is the vector workshop introduced on pages 108-109 of the book 'Kyoko Hamada's 'Self-Mind Management to Make Life Easier When You're Overwhelmed as a Serious Person,' which I helped edit.
Vector workshop video and worksheet

You can also download the PDF of the worksheet from this page 💛
I should have used this other example instead...
Although the video recording was completed safely, I thought later, 'I should have used this other example for the final workshop,' so... I will write about it on note.
Kyoko Hamada mentioned that someone who did this vector workshop at her seminar reported back, 'This workshop is amazing!'
That woman was running a salon near her home. It would be easier for customers to come if it were near the station, but... she had been thinking things like 'I don't have the money'.
However, on the train ride home after the seminar, the perfect information appeared✨
It was a local government support project offering properties in front of the station at a bargain price.
I received a report saying, "I called immediately, and it's settled!"
The point here is that this woman was on the same train both going and coming back.
Even though she saw the same poster, she ignored it on the train ride there.
However, after doing the "vector work" and having her brain's search function activated, she was able to catch this information.

Even if you see the same thing... if your antenna is up, you will be able to catch the information.
I talked about a different example during the video recording, but... since it was a course hosted by a local government, I thought later that this one would have been better...
Become someone who is remembered through brain searches!
There is something I thought I should have also conveyed at the end of the course.

By continuing to share information on social media, you become recognized as "When you think of [Topic], you think of [Name]." In my case, it might be "note" or "writing."
When someone has something they want to consult about... whether you become someone who is searched for and remembered in that person's brain database.
I reflected that if I had talked about "brain searching" here, it might have connected with the "finding good things" work at the beginning of the course💦
For those who have signed up to watch the video, I would be happy if you could remember the content written in this article during the final work.
What I wanted to convey in this course
The underlying theme of this course was "AI and Humans."
Things that are fuzzy in your head and not yet verbalized need to be drawn out by humans asking questions.
Once you have even just keywords that have become words, AI can summarize them or provide ideas to serve as a starting point.

Since it was a course titled "Find topics! Learn to write easily!"... I thought that making good use of AI was one method.
Happy feedback from those who helped with the video recording 💛
I have also received happy feedback from those who cooperated with this video recording.
I am happy to hear feedback like "I can't believe there was so much information in two hours" and "It was a fun time that flew by" 😊

My fellow instructor Mika Uchiyama shared it on Twitter, and I am grateful 💛

ワークで脳内の材料をアウトプットして積み上げていく進行、さすがです! https://t.co/8mhtis2X7E
I am happy to receive the comment, "The way you progressed by having us output the material in our brains and build it up through the workshop was truly impressive!" 😊
At the end of this video, I also plan to include a "Special thanks" section to introduce those who helped with the video recording.
I am also receiving happy feedback from those who watched the course video 💛
I am happy that those who watched the course video are also posting their thoughts and realizations on note and social media 😊
Survey bonus added 💛
The "Find Your Topics and Write with Ease! Blog & SNS Writing Course" video will start streaming on Monday, July 24th at 10:00 AM.
PDF of the slide materials as a gift 💛
I will give a PDF of the slide materials as a gift to those who answer the survey 💛

Free consultation (30 minutes) for those who want it 💛 Email replies to questions as well

I am also offering a 30-minute free consultation bonus for those who want it 💛
I will reply with all my heart to each person who writes a question in the survey 😊
(Please note that it may take about a month as the secretariat will need to collect the survey results after the video is released)
Surprisingly, you can also watch the video of last year's SNS course!
I received an inquiry asking, "Is it possible to watch the video of Shimomayu-san's course from last year as well?"...

Although I hold the copyright to the course content, I needed to obtain approval from Nakano Ward.
As a result, they allowed me to make last year's course available for viewing as a bonus for those who answer the survey ✨
The course video will start streaming tomorrow, Monday, July 19th, at 10:00 AM.
If you have watched the video, please be sure to fill out the survey and get your bonus 💛
