How do I receive my note earnings?

February is coming to an end today. If you have had any sales on note, some of you may have received an email.

This time, I have summarized how to receive your note earnings.

I received an email like this from note this morning.

It says that there are earnings for which the holding period is approaching.

Although the email summarizes how to handle this, I thought it might be difficult to understand with just text, so I took screenshots to summarize it.

Access the Help Center

Click on your profile image icon in the top right of the screen and select "Help Center".

Search from "Other Help"

A list of Help Center menus will be displayed.

Open "Other Help" and enter "held funds" in the search box in the top right to search.

At the very top, there is an item titled "Regarding the payout of earnings for which the holding period has expired".

How to check your note earnings

You can check your note earnings from the dashboard.

Click "Sales Management" on the left side of the dashboard to check your earnings.

If your note earnings are 1,000 yen or more, apply for a transfer

If your note earnings are 1,000 yen or more, a "Transfer Application" button will be displayed.

If your earnings are less than 1,000 yen, Amazon Gift Card

This time, when I thought the "Transfer Application" button wasn't displayed...

So your earnings were less than 1,000 yen, right? 💦

If your earnings are less than 1,000 yen, or if a bank account has not been registered, the amount remaining after deducting administrative fees and platform usage fees will be paid out in Amazon Gift Cards.
