Nice to meet you. This is 'Dental Health Note'.
Nice to meet you.
I am the person who runs 'Dental Health Note'.
I work as a dentist, and I share my thoughts on teeth and health.
This might be sudden, but do you like going to the dentist?
Perhaps,
'I'd rather not go if I can help it'
'It's scary'
'I feel like I'll get scolded'
'It looks painful'
I think many people have images like those.
In fact, if I were the patient, I think I would feel a bit nervous too.
But teeth are truly mysterious.
When they are in good condition, you forget they exist, but the moment they start hurting, they affect your entire life.
You can't enjoy your meals.
You can't concentrate.
You don't even want to talk to people.
That is precisely why I believe 'dental health' is not just about treating cavities, but about 'daily comfort' itself.
In this note, I will share things like:
・What is a dental clinic actually like?
・What are dentists thinking?
・How can I make my teeth last longer?
・How do I find a good dentist?
・Dental care you can do even when you're busy
I will try to explain these things as clearly as possible.
Rather than just listing technical terms, I want this to be a place where you can read casually and think, 'So that's what the dentist was about.'
Also, personally, I like exercise and healthy habits.
While swimming in the pool or doing strength training, I feel that 'health isn't something that changes all at once, but something built up over time.'
Teeth are somewhat similar.
You don't suddenly become healthy in one day, but your future changes significantly through daily accumulation.
I hope to convey that through this note as well.
'Dental stories that even people who dislike dentists can read.'
That is the kind of note I aim to create.
I look forward to connecting with you!
