Nursing Natsu Monthly Report | April 2026
Last updated: 2026/6/20 Greeting changed
Hello.
I'm Natsu, a nurse and mother of two.
I use AI to create things that make life easier or a little more exciting.
In this note, I write freely about the things I've made, my trials and errors in daily life, and the things I love.
This time, it's the monthly report for my nursing account.
In this monthly report, I record what I've learned while running my nursing note account,
article reactions, improvements made, and what kind of words readers are looking for right now.
Nursing Natsu is an account that was opened on April 1st.
April was my first month since opening.
This month, I received reactions not only to articles for new nurses, but also to articles about NotebookLM,
the hardships of nursing, shift handovers, and assessments.
The account is here.

Top 5 most read articles this month
1st place (Posted 4/8)
Genre: Nursing Student/AI Utilization
Views: 136
Like rate: approx. 10%
Reaction memo
The most read article in April was about using NotebookLM to master the National Nursing Exam.
It was surprising that an AI utilization article was read in the first month of opening.
However, since the like rate isn't extremely high,
it seems more like an article read out of curiosity or a desire to know how to use it, rather than for empathy.
For nursing students and new nurses, the anxiety of studying and AI utilization seem to go well together.
I was able to generate revenue from the first month of opening.
2nd place (Posted 4/1)
Genre: Self-introduction/note operation
Views: 80

Like rate: approx. 49%
Reaction memo
This was an article with a very high like rate and number of comments relative to the number of views.
This self-introduction article had the strongest "empathy" in Nursing Natsu in April.
"Nursing is tough"
"But I don't want to quit"
This emotional temperature seems very likely to resonate.
I learned that for Nursing Natsu, it is more important to first make people feel that "this person understands the hardships of nursing" than to just provide knowledge.
3rd place (Posted 4/25)
Genre: New Nurse/AI Utilization
Views: 70

Like Rate: Approx. 1%
Reaction Notes
Views are quite high. However, the like rate is low.
While GPT and AI utilization are easy to get interested in, there seems to be a bit of a distance before it becomes 'personally relevant.'
Moving forward, rather than explaining tools first, it seems better to start with scenes like:
・Feeling down alone after a night shift
・Bottling up today's failures
・A new nurse blaming themselves during a reflection
It seems like the response will improve if I present scenes like that first.
4th Place (Posted 4/1)
Genre: New Nurse
Views: 53
Like Rate: Approx. 11%
Reaction Notes
Articles for new nurses were read consistently from the first month of opening.
'Just this to start' matches the anxiety of new nurses.
New nurses seem to be looking for 'what should I do first' and 'where should I start at a minimum' rather than wanting to memorize everything perfectly.
'What should I do first'
'Where should I start at a minimum'

The story of escaping 'assessment lost' with NotebookLM (Deleted)
Genre: AI Utilization
Views: 53
Like Rate: Approx. 26%
Reaction Notes
Even with the same AI utilization, this one had a higher like rate.
I think the reason is that it was connected to the nurse's worry of 'not understanding assessments' rather than just an AI tool introduction.
Rather than NotebookLM alone, the phrase 'escaping from being assessment lost' seems easier for readers to relate to personally.
Things that became clear this month
April was the first month of opening, and there were three main themes that had a strong response on Nursing Natsu.
The first is the hardship of nurses. The second is the anxiety of new nurses. The third is studying and reflecting using AI.
However, it was also found that AI articles 'can get views, but there is a difference in like rates.'
Rather than articles that introduce AI tools themselves, articles connected to nurses' troubles, such as 'I don't understand assessments,' 'I'm anxious about studying for the national exam,' or 'I'm bottling up reflections alone,' seem more likely to get a response.
Genre Trend Notes
Top 5 Breakdown:
・AI Utilization: 3 articles
・New Nurse: 2 articles
・Nursing Student: 1 article
In April, articles about AI utilization were read quite a lot.
However, the ones that led to the most trust and empathy were the self-introduction articles.
In other words, for Nursing Natsu,
・Articles to widen the entrance: AI utilization, national exams, GPT
・Articles to build trust: The hardships of being a nurse, self-introduction
・Articles that hit readers' pain points: New nurses, handovers, assessments
it seems possible to divide the roles like this.
Improvements made this month
・Opened the Nursing Natsu account
・Posted a self-introduction article
・Posted an article for new nurses
・Tried applying AI utilization to nursing
・Published articles on NotebookLM, GPT, and assessment systems
・Organized articles into magazines to make the target audience clearer.
Summary of this month
April was the month I built the foundation for Nursing Natsu.
I think it's a pretty good start to have grown to 744 total views, 155 likes, 8 comments, and 39 followers in the first month of opening.
Also, I was happy to earn revenue from the very beginning.
What was particularly impressive was that the article
“Nursing is tough. But I never thought about quitting”
led not only to views but also to likes and comments.
Nursing Natsu seems stronger as an account that can provide
“a sense of security to keep going as a nurse”
rather than just being a study account.
As of April, a flow has emerged where AI utilization articles widen the entrance, and self-introduction and new nurse articles build trust.
Things to look at next time
In May, I will organize the themes that get read on Nursing Natsu while watching:
・Whether articles for new nurses continue to be read
・Whether AI utilization articles lead to sales and follows
・Whether the self-introduction article functions as a pinned article
・Whether articles on handovers, assessments, and documentation grow
・Whether articles about the hardships of nursing lead to likes and comments
I will organize the themes that get read on Nursing Natsu while watching these.
Once again, I'm Natsu.
The theme of this note is“Turning my whole life into notes”
Childcare, housework, home building, household budget management, AI side hustles.
It is a place to record what happens in daily life, organize “what is tough,” and create mechanisms to make things run a little easier.
And, not just posting, but recording and analyzing as a
multi-genre content creation experiment log of my entire life▼ If you are curious about “What kind of person is Natsu?”, please go to the self-introduction.
