[My First NOTE] Self-introduction. The 'Art of Retention' that is more important than the 'Power to Earn' I learned from failure
In my 20s, I earned 30 million yen, and I lost almost all of it due to my own ignorance.
1. To you, the business owner: Do you have this kind of 'pain'?
Could it be that you are looking at your bankbook right now and thinking this?
'I worked myself to death to generate sales, so why is there no money left in my hands?'
'Why must I keep paying the government social insurance premiums that are higher than my employees' salaries?'
'My tax accountant only ever says, "You made a profit, so let's pay taxes"...'
If even one of these applies to you, this note is for you. Nice to meet you. I am a business owner in my 50s, known as the 'Tax Savings Teacher'.
I am not a tax accountant.
Like you, I am a 'practitioner' who has swallowed muddy water and spent sleepless nights protecting my company.

the 'power to earn (offense)' alone cannot protect the future of you and your family.
2. The 20-something me who was an emperor with no clothes
Let me tell you a little about my embarrassing past.
People who only know me now call me a 'successful business owner.' It is true that my career had a spectacular start. In the headwinds immediately following the collapse of the bubble economy, I established the top sales record nationwide at a major English conversation school. I struck out on my own with high spirits and, through a unique business model, achieved success by getting my hands on 30 million yen in cash while still in my 20s.
'I am a genius at business.' I was overconfident. However, that arrogance was shattered one day by a sudden tax audit.
The cold, sharp observations of the investigator. Even when I begged my consulting tax accountant, 'Teacher, please help me,' they just looked down at the floor beside me.
At that moment, I realized: 'No matter how much revenue you generate, a business owner who does not possess the "art of protection (knowledge)" is nothing more than a target for exploitation by the state.' The large amount of additional tax I paid was a 'fine' for my own ignorance.
3. Why you have no money left in your hands
In the 30 years since then, I have become a 'demon of tax savings.' Alongside my main business, I have studied the mechanisms of taxes and social insurance more than any tax accountant and have repeatedly experimented with them in my own company.
Here is the cruel truth I have arrived at.
The reason you have no money left in your hands is not because you are incompetent. You just don't know the 'bugs in the system.' And there is simply no expert around you to teach you that.
Many business owners are unknowingly throwing millions or tens of millions of yen down the drain that they didn't actually have to pay. This is not a story about 'tax evasion.' It is a story about 'asset defense,' using knowledge as a weapon to stand on equal footing with the government within the scope of the law.
4. The 'weapons' I provide in this note
This note is the 'crystallization of blood and sweat' from my 30 years. I will not talk about taxes as they appear in textbooks. I will only write about the 'live ammunition (know-how)' that I arrived at through actual pain and trial and error.
