[Event Report] We held the 12th Term First Half Kickoff

At MANGO Inc., we hold a meeting every half-year to share the policies of our parent company, Septeni, as well as MANGO as a whole and each individual department. It is a special event where all members confirm our direction by reflecting on the previous term and sharing our policies. Following our previous event, we would like to introduce our kickoff, which was held entirely online this time as well.

A partnership attitude of knowing the other party better than they know themselves

After understanding the policies of our parent company, Septeni, which is the main partner for MANGO, we announce the policies for MANGO as a whole and for each department.
By the day of the event, each department engages in repeated discussions that transcend the physical distance between Tokyo and Miyazaki, preparing thoroughly for the presentation. Although the presentations are limited in time, we could feel the ingenuity of the presenters, who strive to make their presentations effective even online each time they are held.

Review of MANGO's 11th Term and 12th Term Policies

Due to the impact of COVID-19, we have been forced to significantly change our previous ways of working and lifestyles. Amidst this, members working at MANGO faced these challenges sincerely despite struggling in the new environment, which allowed us to finish the 11th term successfully with limited impact on business quality. We also received an explanation regarding our progress in three areas: business, organization, and environment.
The 12th term policies and strategies were also announced, providing an opportunity for all MANGO members to align their understanding for new challenges. (Images are partially excerpted)
