[The Path to Oneness / Final Chapter] Living Oneness ── A State of Mind Without Fear
Introduction: Living the Truth Within the Illusion
In the previous chapters,
we learned that we were trapped in the game of "rightness" and "separation,"
that the beginning of the world was born from the choice to "separate,"
and that this separation can be ended through "forgiveness" and "correction."
So,how should we live with a corrected mind?
In this chapter, I will explain what it means to "live" oneness in daily life.
1. What Lies Beyond Duality
Do not compare. Do not judge.
Good and evil, success and failure, winning and losing—.
Stepping down from these standards of duality requiresthe courage to depart from social norms.is necessary.
But,beyond that lies a "state of mind without fear."
It is okay not to be better than someone else.
It is not a problem to be inferior to someone else.
Even if you are not recognized by others, do not deny yourself.
Freedom is a state of mind liberated from fear.is.
2. What Does It Mean to "Live" Oneness?
Oneness is not something to be "understood."
It is something to "remember, practice, and integrate."
[Steps]
1. Understand (realize as knowledge)
2. Practice (notice judgment and choose forgiveness)
3. Integrate (become a natural state of mind)
Repeat this cycle in your daily life.
It is important not to overthink and to keep choosing within your capacity. is important.
3. Oneness is not for "hermits"
When people hear "living oneness," they may feel:
Do I have to quit my job,
cut off human relationships,
and live like a monk?
Many people might feel this way.
That is not the case.
You are free to pursue whatever brings joy or happiness to your heart in this world.
Relationships, work, hobbies, creative activities.
Experiencing "resonance and sharing, not separation" through these things is what it means to live oneness.
4. What changes when fear disappears?
As you continue to forgive and correct, and fear begins to fade, a great change will come to your heart.
There is no longer a need to protect yourself.
You stop caring about the evaluations of others.
Even when suffering comes, you can immediately realize it is an illusion.
And, without being trapped by the past or afraid of the future, a mind that feels peace in the 'now' will sprout.
5. What you gain by living in Oneness
By living in Oneness, we gain the following three things.
① Peace: A mind that is less easily shaken, no matter what happens.
② Freedom: Freedom of mind that is not swayed by external circumstances.
③ True Happiness: The joy of existence itself, which is not conditional.
You will come to know that happiness is not a 'condition' but a 'choice'.
It is an unchanging happiness that is completely different from the joy gained through success or validation.
Conclusion ~All the answers are already known to your heart~
All the ways for us to end the game of suffering and live with a heart that transcends separation already exist deep within your heart.
You only need to remember, choose, and practice.
Even in this very moment, you are already walking the 'Path to Oneness'.
