Love at the Mercy of the Tide 5: I Am a Creature of the Tidal Flat

I am a creature of the sea.
I have lived protected by the beautiful music played by LUNA SEA.
The blue, beautiful sea was firmly pulled by a moon named Shinya.

Once, when the tide went out in what was called the 'curtain call,' many fish went off to distant seas. I, too, wandered off somewhere.

Even so, the sea gradually filled, and this year it finally even created a great swell.

And then, suddenly, the tide went out.
The moon gently let go of its hand, and the sea of the four members also revealed a form I had never seen before.

I was surprised and panicked.
I hopped around the tidal flat and ran about in confusion.

Out of breath, I stopped and looked around,
and there were all sorts of little ones there.
And unexpectedly, there were so many of them.

Colorful fish are also forming schools in the shallows.

The ebb and flow of the tide is the work of the moon.
We creatures are at the mercy of the sea and the moon.
Even if a moment of silence visits, the sound of the waves can be heard in the distance.
Until it comes in, let's wait patiently for this 'interval' of the present.

Afterword
This was published to coincide with today's high tide time in Tokyo.
Following the announcement of Shinya's hiatus, I wrote this by superimposing the creatures that appeared at low tide onto the figures of the fans I saw on social media and note.
Like the sound of waves washing ashore and receding, I hope to continue walking forward while wrapped in LUNA SEA. From a hurried hermit crab 🏝️
