To summarize the previous weekly magazine, it was a magazine that felt like, 'Welcome, all you around-40s!'—even for me! Haha 😆
With that said, this time, we have gathered stories that make us think about how we, as around-40 editors, have multifaceted faces!

(Reprint) Introduction - What is the Around-40 Co-creation Magazine?
I created this because I wanted a place where creators around the age of 40 (roughly 35 to 45) could connect and co-create. I've compiled articles from co-editors and selected articles that gave me insights as raw voices and experiences from around-40s!
Each of our co-editors is rich in life experience, and the content is full of useful information not just for around-40s, but for everyone!

1. Being a parent...
Jise-Oji GAMI-san: Extra Edition 9: Thank you!
GAMI-san, congratulations once again on the birth of your child! It warms my heart to see the miracle of life and the deep love for family. It's a new start as a 'Jise-Oji' (next-generation uncle) 😆
Let's become neurotypical!-san: To those with children who have developmental disabilities
My own son attends a special needs resource room. As a parent of a child with a developmental disability, it made me want to struggle and think about what more I can do 😌

It breaks my heart to think of my own child becoming either a victim or a perpetrator. Kawakou-san's article reminds me of the importance of standing by each individual 😌
2. Being a child...
Yasaburo Tanaka-san: Isn't this a 'binding play'?
Finding joy in being ingenious within the constraints of Shojin Ryori (Buddhist vegetarian cuisine), and that these constraints create innovation. It's wonderful to naturally find enjoyment in that. I thought this was a 'binding play' for those who are good at cooking 😌
3. Being a working professional...
Yohei: Building a Position as a Salaryman
The attitude of valuing small things in daily life is the foundation for building trust in any workplace. I realized I need to reflect on the fact that I tend to ignore things I don't want to do that come from above for up to three times. Haha.
Yasushi Edase: [100th Consecutive Post] Love is Slow and Little by Little
Congrats on the 100th post! 🎉 I'm overjoyed to hear that this Around 40 Co-Creation Magazine has become one of your motivations, Edase-san! 😂 Let's keep going at our own relaxed pace!
4. Yourself
mick: Praising yourself is actually very humble!❗😁
A habit of boosting self-esteem is great! 😆 I'm going to start saying, "Today was fun! I did a great job!" before I go to sleep. 😆
Taishi: Changed Note Icon - Not like "someone else"
It's me! The trajectory from Zangief -> Luffy -> Myself (AI manga image conversion). Some of you might have wondered who it was, but it's Taishi! Haha.

Issue 11 was a mix of the multifaceted generation that is unique to the Around 40s: being a parent, being a child of elderly parents, being a working professional who is the breadwinner of the family, and being an individual human being...
