Generative AI Images: "Generative AI x Cats" Edition! Tried Creating Them Using Only Copilot!

I've recently been hooked on generative AI images.😃

I love cats, so I tried creating some generative AI images for fellow cat lovers.

I'd like to share my honest thoughts on the experience of actually creating them.

This time, I tried creating generative AI images using Copilot.

I'll be writing down my impressions just as they are, so I hope you find them helpful.

I tried drawing a normal cat.

I simply gave the instruction, "Create an illustration of a normal cat that could be anywhere."

A brown cat was born.😸

I asked for an illustration, but it also looks a bit like a photograph.👀

The result isn't bad at all.

For this one, I just gave the instruction: "Create an illustration of a typical calico cat."

It turned out looking like a cat that could actually exist.

Even though it's an illustration, the cat somehow looks three-dimensional.

Copilot is amazing, isn't it? 😺

I just gave the instruction: "Create an illustration of a cat relaxing and showing its belly."

So this is how it turns out.

However, this image was a bit different from what I had in mind🤔

I gave the instruction: "Please create an illustration of a cat lying on its side with its belly exposed. However, please make it look like the face is looking directly at the camera."

Somehow, this isn't what I was looking for.

This is the kind of thing I had in mind, but I guess I couldn't convey it to the AI...

Or perhaps I should have given more specific instructions...😑

I only gave the instruction: "Please create an illustration of a kitten 'kneading' a cushion."

Yeah, I was able to create it just as I imagined😸

The cuteness comes through, but compared to the first one, it feels more like an "illustration."

Or rather, I did ask for an "illustration" (lol)

I have one thing to say, though: it bothers me that except for the calico cat, brown cats have been appearing the whole time.

It's true that I didn't specify the cat breed, but I thought the AI would have a bit more sense. I guess Copilot is "faithful" in a way.

However, I found it useful since it creates them in less time than asking ChatGPT for illustrations.

For those who find AI unsatisfying, you might want a photo book of real cats relaxing...
