To start with the conclusion, they are as follows.

1. Enjoying a blissful cup of coffee every morning

2. Playing with my cat

3. Interacting with followers I met on note and receiving warm comments

Why I chose them

In a word,because they are joys I can feel close to home.

Generally speaking, while there are things that are easy to describe as happiness, such as winning the lottery or getting engaged to a long-term boyfriend or girlfriend, I believe thathappiness is something that exists much closer to us.

In particular,finding 'small joys' enriches your heart, and it will be very useful in your future life 😺
