And they are also a weapon for when you fight.

However, even if they are a weapon, they are not the result🐑

In Japanese courts, the result is ultimately the judgment made by the judge after comprehensively considering the arguments and evidence of both parties, and it is not something decided from the start.

(Judgments from the Great Court of Cassation and the Supreme Court are close to being the result... they are extremely powerful!! However, whether to adopt them is at the judge's discretion.)

This can be an incorrect interpretation.

In reality, one uses those legal provisions to explain legal principles and arguments, organizes and asserts them along with evidence, and the judge considers and decides whether those assertions are appropriate or worthy of adoption.

It is often the case that one side's assertions are not accepted.

In that case, it is quite often because the 'points of contention' the judge is considering are different.

Now, let me explain it with an easy-to-understand example for everyone🐑❣️

Don't you often see signs like this in parking lots?

No unauthorized parking. If unauthorized parking is discovered, we will charge 20,000 yen~

There is a clear expression of intent from the parking lot owner, isn't there?😋🩷

I will ignore this and try parking without permission for one hour🐑
(You really shouldn't do this, lol)

Then the parking lot owner appears,

Admitting fault here and paying the 20,000 yen is also perfectly fine.

This is voluntary.

Negotiating like this is also perfectly fine.

This is called a settlement agreement, or more accurately, a "Civil Code settlement agreement"🐑
