Although you are tired,
it is highly likely due to lifestyle habits.
Improving your sleep, nutrition, and light exercise may help.
4 to 7 items
You may be starting to experience thyroid-type fatigue.
It is especially important to review:
・Iron deficiency
・Protein deficiency
・Stress
is important.
8 items or more
High probability of being the thyroid type.
If you have chronic:
・Swelling
・Sluggishness
・Sleepiness
your body's metabolism may be low.
If you are concerned,
getting a thyroid hormone test at a medical institution
is one option.
Common physical characteristics of the thyroid type
In my experience teaching yoga, I often see these characteristics in people.
I get the impression that these traits are common in the following people.
・Stiff neck and shoulders
・Shallow breathing
・Cold body
・Prone to swelling
For this type,
rather than exercise that pushes the body,
"relaxation care"
is more likely to be effective.
How were your results?
Regardless of the results, I think this was a time for you to reflect by thinking only about yourself, asking, "How am I doing?"
I think busy mothers tend to forget to take "time to think only about themselves" like this. You are truly doing a great job every day! (I'm saying this to myself, too, lol.)
Please take this opportunity to be a little closer to yourself and praise yourself for always doing your best♡
Start your morning with a deep breath, drink some warm water, and relax! Taking in a full breath of the morning air and saying out loud, "Today is going to be a good day," can also help you feel very positive and get off to a great start!
See you later!
