I'm going on a journey #SawaTabi
I'm going on a journey while exchanging value that isn't just about money!

Because,
First, I wanted to explore the "new way of working" that will likely continue to change in the future.the "new way of working"Second, I wanted to have "educational indicators that aren't based on deviation scores" for the children who will grow up in this era of new ways of working.
"educational indicators that aren't based on deviation scores"Third, I wanted to see the world, see Japan, and as a Japanese person and an adult, I wanted to be able to properly know and talk about the "rediscovery of Japan's charm."
"rediscovery of Japan's charm"The background to this is that I felt a new era was coming where "intangible value," not just the "money" of the "capitalism" of the past, would become important.

A quick self-introduction here lol
I run a community called "Atria," a communal space where individuals' "true selves" are respected, where we connect with each other, and where we work seamlessly with our life's work.Atria

↑↑ Atria event scene. Event by my travel mentor yuji called "Yuji Tabi" ↑↑"Yuji Tabi"With those friends from Atria, a new economic and gratitude circulation that isn't just about money is being born.
When I learned the comfort of being with such friends, I became increasingly skeptical of the "ways of working," "education," and "tendency to only refer to other countries' cultures" that have existed until now.
What is this sense of discomfort?
I thought that capitalism was a social cycle for consumption, and that the "ways of working" and the "education" built on top of that were for that purpose.
I want to change the "way of working and education that are inherently tied to how we live."
I want to try exchanging value that isn't just about money and prove that items not included in GDP indicators are contained within "profits" that aren't just about money.
What would happen if I traveled around the world while making those exchanges, lived through "connection and sharing," worked, and experienced education?
I don't know!! I don't have a vision!!
That's right, as a CEO, that's the "worst" thing to say!
But, when I imagined a "journey" without a map and without a visible goal, I got excited.

So, I decided to put aside being a CEO, a representative, or a leader and just go on a "journey." Yes, I will "travel" as no one else but myself, my true self.
From now on,
I think we are entering an era where we can live and work without being tied to a location, where we can make friends, connect with people outside the region where we live, and maintain those connections. I also think the era where education is only about going to the school in the place where you live will change, and I strongly felt that what is important is not just deviation score education!
That's why I decided to go on a "journey."
You can participate in, sponsor, cooperate with, or even become a co-conspirator in this "journey" using the following methods.
1. Support this journey's travel expenses, report meetings, and book production through advance funding.
2. Support by exchanging the value I have to offer with the value you have to offer.
3.Sponsor items to bring on the journey (I will also introduce them on the magazine site run by my community).
4. If you are a company in a local area, support me by requesting a re-branding project.
5. Support by inviting me to your city, saying "Please come to this city!" (In this case, I will provide my lectures or seminars (themes: living as your true self, SDGs, branding, community, etc.) in exchange for travel expenses only).
What do you think?
The actual journey seems to be a little further off,
but I plan to start the prologue of the journey with interviews and dialogue articles first!
May these thoughts reach you, and may I have a safe journey.
I look forward to meeting you all on my travels and in Tokyo!!
Money is important, but it's not just about money! The indicators for children aren't just deviation scores, right! Let's build a society where we can connect with our hearts no matter where we are together!!
