My mission is to increase the number of 'kind people'

I have had many different experiences.

They are connected like threads, forming who I am today.

Even negative events will eventually become meaningful.

The following is a brief history of my life. In reality, there are things ten times more detailed than this, but I have intentionally omitted them.
If even one of these were missing, I would not be who I am today.

《What is a 'kind person'?》
Someone who is not good at being in the spotlight, but:
・Can cheer others up
・Can encourage others
・Can empathize with others' pain and suffering
・Finds value in giving
・Can fulfill themselves

My mission from now on is
to 'increase the number of kind people'.

Events that changed my values

The events that significantly shifted my life's values were the Great Hanshin Earthquake on January 17, 1995, and the Great East Japan Earthquake on March 11, 2011.

Both were unprecedented disasters, but especially during the Great Hanshin Earthquake, I was living in Osaka, so although I was not directly affected, I had a harrowing experience.

Streets swallowed by fire, collapsed highways... a reality like hell was right there.

However, as daily life gradually returned, I felt a strange sense of discomfort. On the Hyogo Prefecture side across the Yodo River, the number of deaths increased every day, and there was nothing to be done, while on the Osaka side, social life returned, and people went to work and school, watching TV and laughing and rejoicing every day.

I spent days unable to grasp the reality that life and values could change just by being a few dozen kilometers away.

The Great Hanshin Earthquake instilled in me the values that 'life has meaning' and 'life is short'.

And then, the Great East Japan Earthquake. I was working at a company in Okinawa, but I had already been preparing to start my own business for about two years.

However, I lacked confidence and it was also a time when I couldn't bring myself to leave the company.

However, after witnessing the Great East Japan Earthquake, I decided that there was no time to waste in changing my life, so I quit my job and started my own business.

At that time, I started my business as a 'career advisor' because I had a wealth of knowledge about changing jobs from my own desire to do so, but due to the impact of the Great East Japan Earthquake, many people who had lost their jobs or had their livelihoods taken away came to me for consultation.

Through these repeated experiences, I began to think that while changing jobs can sometimes be a solution, it is not always the answer.

I want to create many strong 'individuals' who earn their own living instead of depending on a company. That is what I began to think.

I taught myself how to create blogs and websites, learned marketing and copywriting, and began my own journey as an entrepreneur.

Over the past 15 years, I have supported many entrepreneurs and businesses.

In the midst of such involvement, as I approached my 15th year in business, my state of mind changed significantly.

I began to think that I wanted to do work that 'gives courage and energy through my words, sounds, and expressions' to people who are lost or troubled in their lives and work, not just those who are in business.

One of my missions is to increase the number of 'kind people' through such work!

The 'kind people' I define are people like this.

・People who can cheer others up
・People who can encourage others
・People who can empathize with others' pain and suffering
・People who find value in giving
・People who can fulfill themselves

I want to increase the number of such people and reduce the number of those suffering from life and work worries.

To that end, I am running the 'Kind People Increase Lab'.

The Kind People Lab supports people like this

I support those who have decided to live their lives positively, despite various difficulties.

Right now, I am especially supporting people in their 50s, like myself, who are starting or want to start as sole proprietors.

The reason is...

In my experience, no matter how much you 'decide' to do something,
there are times when you will get discouraged or lose your way again.
That is why I will walk with you.
I will support you.
