I had a vague sense of my lack of questioning skills.
Just as I was thinking 'Hmm😐', this timely broadcast from Toukan-san appeared‼️

I immediately read 'The Output Encyclopedia' introduced in the broadcast and wrote down one page of notes!
Q: How can I improve my questioning skills?
A: Be conscious of 'making the other person happy'
⭐️Questions are meant to delight the other person
I'm a bit behind in life, hehe, but
until recently, I thought questions were just
'things I wanted to ask'😅 Hehe
Wait, that might be wrong. I realized this
after I started thinking of questions for Voicy personality Toukan-san's famous project,
an audio interview called 'Mimidan'.
Since my favorite people appear every week,
I picture their faces,
and vaguely imagine, 'What would be easy for them to talk about? What would make them happy?'
and then I ask my questions.
The turning point was when I was given the opportunity to appear on the show,
and I became the 'person being asked questions'.
I received many gifts of questions (a term Okkun-san taught me),
and realized that questions 'benefit the person receiving them'.🥹I truly felt it.
And with this broadcast from Toukan-san and reading 'The Output Encyclopedia'... I felt my knowledge being backed up by experience.

But, yay, I get it now! I'll make people happy~
It's not like I can do it right away.
