集団の中にいる時に不愉快な何かを避けることはできない。なぜなら一人一人には主張があるからだ。大きな声で話す者の意見や提案は通りやすい。だがそれは個人のわがままだ。それは周囲を混乱させてしまう。自分を客観視する能力がないのだ。

We cannot but feel uncomfortable and unpleasant when we are in company with someone in our organizations.
It might be because each of us won’t fail to have what we want to insist in our mind, which might be different from others’ opinions and suggestions, everyone knows.
When a certain member of our group states something with loud voice in order to force us to agree with what he has in his head, we cannot have any aggressivenesses to be against his disgusting ideas, after all, we would be for what he imposes on us with various kinds of reluctances.
A tyrant or dictator might have an extremely frightening faculty to have negative influences on those involved.
However, his behaviors might be only a selfishness, and this cannot fail to make negative contributions to us in the mental and physical perspectives and viewpoints.
It might be because his malicious self-centered attitudes towards colleagues and coworkers around him won’t fail to bring us into the deadly, lethal and critical confusions.
What he needs the most to become someone persuasive might be the abilities to have marvelous perspectives to recognize himself objectively, which makes him someone who should be trusted and depended by those involved.
