Once again, I am Tsumugi. ~Things I found on the road to recovery~
I am trying to move forward slowly and little by little to settle my heart.
Nice to meet you. I am Tsumugi😊
I would like to introduce myself again.
I am in my 50s and have been living with depression for over 20 years.
I am still currently in recovery😑
My son and daughter have moved out, and now that I have time to face myself, the number of days I can look forward a little more than before has increased.
In this note, I write about
my daily realizations on the road to recovery
and
the movements of my heart
as essays based on my actual experiences.
The reason I started this note is very simple.
[I want to publish a book someday]
It started from that feeling.
That is also my dream🍀
Of course, not right now.
I have always liked writing.
I want to write down my experiences and thoughts, and become able to write sentences that reach someone's heart.
That is the thought with which I started this note.
Actually, I have written a paid article once before.
But at the time, I didn't understand anything, and it was an article written completely in my own way.
As a result, I feel it was a huge failure😞
I lost my confidence, and since then, I've been afraid to write paid articles😔
[What if I fail again?]
[Does my writing even have any value?]
When you make an article paid, the content beyond that point isn't read.
That was what I regretted the most.
[I shouldn't have made it a paid article after all]
I have spent my time carrying those thoughts and anxieties.
Even so, I didn't stop writing.
Because by writing, I was able to organize my feelings.
•Things that were painful
•Things I worried about
•Things I was lost about
•Things where I moved forward just a little
By putting each and every one of those into words, I was able to re-examine myself, and I have been helped and saved many times.
Recently, I've also been enjoying using AI to create images of my beloved cats and writing articles based on those images.
My two beloved cats at home give me so many smiles🥰✨
They stay by my side when I'm feeling down, and sometimes give me the courage to move forward😊
Time spent with my beloved cat is irreplaceable to me and a source of healing💕✨
To the readers, it might just look like a fun article.
But for me, that time is also precious, supporting my heart.
Right now, I am still recuperating and on the road to recovery.
My articles are by no means grand success stories.
Things aren't always going smoothly every day, either.
• There are failures
• There are moments of weakness
• There is hesitation
• There are days when I worry
• There are days when I come to a standstill.
Even so, I am looking forward a little more than I used to, and I am walking to reclaim my own life.
This note is about
• Matters of the heart
• Daily realizations
• Little joys
• Life with my beloved cat
I share my thoughts while cherishing such casual, everyday moments.
To those who are struggling and working hard just like me,
【You are not alone】
I hope to convey this,
and
I would be happy if I could write articles that gently stand by your side.
Thank you so much for reading this far.🙇
My challenge in my 50s is still ongoing.
I have goals like writing paid articles and monetizing, but
first, one step at a time.
I want to move forward without rushing, being myself, and at my own pace.
I look forward to your continued support.🙇🤝
