Graduation

Some of you might be wondering, "Graduation?" now that it's April.

Yesterday was my regular psychiatric check-up, and I have officially graduated from it. 🎉

My medication ended at my January appointment, and after continuing to monitor my progress, it looked like I would graduate in March. However, because there were changes due to a promotion, I asked to extend it by one month just to be safe, and I successfully graduated yesterday.

It is a small clinic with only the receptionist and the doctor, but they listened to me with such kindness, and I am who I am today thanks to them.

They told me, "Please come back anytime if you need anything," but I hope to keep my mental health in check so that I won't need to go back. 😊
