The Story of Nantoka and Narukana

I think many of you know this song😊

It is a song by Stardust Revue and was played on NHK's Minna no Uta.

Our family had quite a year this year...
I was on leave for about 8 months and finally returned to work in December.
My husband is retiring at the end of the year to make a fresh start next year.
My daughter happily got married and started a new life.
My son changed jobs and is in a new environment.

It was a year of changes for everyone in the family.

Since everyone is taking on new challenges,
there was some anxiety, but
listening to this song gave me courage.

My husband listened to it too and, unusually, teared up a bit💦
He is not one to complain much, but
he had been watching me while I was unwell and was always worried about me,
and perhaps he was also anxious about wanting to change his own way of working.

I am grateful for the music that gave me courage at that time.
The power of music is truly endless and wonderful.

My ears had been bad for a long time,
and I couldn't listen to music at all,
but now I want to listen to my favorite music again.

I hope that with the attitude of "It will work out somehow!"
we can all get through this together as a family😊
