#15 What I Accomplished in 100 Days After Resigning Due to Adjustment Disorder [Summary]
I have summarized what I accomplished from late July to the end of October! Please forgive me, as these aren't exactly grand achievements—some are surprisingly small steps, haha.
The top 3 are ranked by how moving they were, or perhaps by the events that had the biggest impact on my life. The rest I just wrote down as they came to mind. (I'll add more if I remember anything else.)
Regained my health! (Nothing is more important than this.)
Started using X (a source of inspiration).
Bought a computer (I feel like this was the first step in investing in myself).
Became interested in money (not that I've become greedy, I just started learning about it).
Decluttered my house (still a work in progress).
Organized unnecessary bank accounts, cash cards, apps, contacts, and subscriptions.
Solo trip to Kamakura.
Managed to book a flight ticket and fly alone.
Trip to Hokkaido.

Maybe I'm starting to feel a bit more positive...
Immersed in fan activities
Went to a Ghibli exhibition
Went to a treehouse cafe
Got highlights in my hair
Made Ghibli-inspired food (Pazu's bread is a classic)
Started a Note (So nervous...)
Had someone buy my paid Note article (So grateful)
Faced my past regrets and pain (Writing them down helped me organize my feelings)
Created a life plan chart
Planned a trip to an island
Started studying for the bookkeeping exam
Applying to vocational training school
In my 20s, I felt like my life was all about appearances, and in my 30s, I felt like it was all about time performance. I even felt proud of being busy, but now that I have time to face myself, I realize that life truly needs space.
It is difficult to feel gratitude toward others or appreciate the beauty of what is right in front of you without a sense of ease. Of course, there are times in life when you have to push through, so there are things you must do no matter how painful or busy you are.
Ah, it was a good time.
There are things that were completed during these 100 days, and things that, while not completed, were at least sown as seeds, so they should sprout in the future!
Thank you for joining me.
