[Applications Closed] [Application Guidelines] Autumn Pirika Grand Prix 2024
Hello, this is Pirika.
The Pirika Grand Prix is back and more powerful than ever.
And guess what! To make the Grand Prix even more enjoyable, we have added a "Reader's Choice Award" decided by reader votes, in addition to the selections made by our judges.
*What is the Reader's Choice Award? It is an award where 3 works are chosen by your votes from among the entries that reached the final selection but unfortunately did not win an award.
*Regarding the prize money for winning works, we have partially revised it from this time and have established the Reader's Choice Award.
Please read the guidelines below carefully before applying!

Please note in advance that any entries that do not follow the above guidelines will unfortunately be excluded from the selection process.
*Regarding the use of AI
As the organizers, while we hope to encounter works where the entire text was written by the participants themselves, we leave the decision on how to use AI to each individual.
However, if you do use it, please ensure you comply with copyright laws and other regulations, and check for yourself that you are not infringing on the rights of others.

And now, who are this year's judges you've been curious about?
We will introduce them in Japanese alphabetical order!
■ Rikka Ki
Rikka Ki, who weaves stories beautifully and lightly. She has accepted the role of judge for the first time. We can expect her to read through them carefully, right?
I wonder what kind of works she will choose. I am already looking forward to it.
■ Shino Uzuki (Management)
Shino-san has been involved since the first Pirika Grand Prix. She is actively involved mainly in haiku.
A stoic person who sincerely faces the beauty of "words." I am looking forward to her judging!
■ geek
This is geek's third time participating as a judge. He writes critiques for the winning works with great passion every time.
Those critiques are like a piece of literature in themselves.
He leads the judging team as a reliable older brother figure. Alright, let's get started!
■ Shiro Enpitsu
Shiro Enpitsu, who demonstrates talent in many fields. This is his first time participating as a judge. I am sure there are many fans who wish to be chosen by Shiro Enpitsu.
Since Shiro Enpitsu has a wide range of styles, I am sure he will choose with a broad perspective.
■ Mr. Hikaru Naajima (Bon-yari RADIO)
The editor-in-chief of the well-known "Small Magazine Umineko" is now a judge for the Pirika Grand Prix!
This alone is enough to keep the excitement going. He will be reading the entries with the sensibilities he has cultivated as an editor. We look forward to working with you!
■ Mr. Kei Mameshim (Management)
Kei Mameshim is now an indispensable presence on note.
Wherever there is a lively project, you will always find Mameshim-san! He will be lending his strength as both a judge and a member of the management team this time.
We are delighted to have Mameshim-san, a master of enjoyment, join us, not to mention his writing prowess!
■ Mamechi-san
Mamechi-san is known for her structural ability and engaging narrative flow. This is her first time as a judge!
Mamechi-san, who writes stylish and tasteful articles, is also one of the biggest foodies in the note world, so she might read them from a whole new perspective! Look forward to her judging.
■ Marmalade-san (Management)
Marmalade-san always helps us with her gentle gaze and capacity for acceptance. Her sensitivity to words is truly that of a poet!
I think many people will be warmed by her careful reviews and hospitality. She will be taking on the judging process with her handwritten notes again this time!
■ Mero-san
The maverick of the note world, Mero-san, has accepted the role of judge! How exciting!
Mero-san always brilliantly livens up the Grand Prix.
Many fans might be disappointed that they won't be able to read Mero-san's work this time, but she will be pouring all her energy into the judging instead!
■ Pirika
This will be the fifth Grand Prix held.
I am savoring the gratitude of being able to gather once again with friends who love creation.
I can't wait to see what kind of works we will encounter this year!
With this team of 10 judges, we will beautifully color the autumn of art! Thank you for your support!
Please note that we cannot answer any inquiries regarding the judging process.
Please direct any opinions or questions regarding the Pirika Grand Prix to the management team, not to the individual judges!
Each of the judges will be posting their mindset for the judging in turn, so please look forward to that as well!
🖼️SPECIAL THANKS!!🖼️
Once again, we asked Kani-san for the header image. The autumn-like colors and the theme of "paper" are beautifully expressed like the flow of water.
It also looks like an elegant scroll, doesn't it?
Kani-san, as always, brilliant!
Thank you so much!
Even if you have never created anything before,
even if you are just passing by,
or even if you say, "No, no, I just started note," let's start by writing!
Surely, something will begin.
